It is part of a crescent of Georgian townhouses overlooking Cartwright Gardens.

The Bath Hotel- The comfortable and convenient Bath Hotel is near Reading town centre and just 5 minutes from the M4. The Oracle shopping mall in the city centre is a 15-minute walk away, and Heathrow Airport is a 35-minute drive away. A regular bus service passes the hotel. Bath Hotel offers en suite rooms, ample free parking and free internet access in public areas. There is no lift at this hotel. The hotel was built in 1892, and parts have been renovated recently. The Unicorn- The Unicorn is a charming pub with rooms just south of Cambridge city centre. It has a 40-seater restaurant and some original parts dating back to the 17th century. The main pub has a large garden with facilities for 120 people, and a children's play area. The en suite rooms are in a separate annexe designed in keeping with the original building. The city centre is easily accessed by bus.

The Three Tuns Hotel- This traditional country hotel, pub and restaurant is situated in the heart of the village of Ashwell, Hertfordshire. The comfortable rooms have free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The antique furniture has been collected by the current owners and fits perfectly with the style of the pub and hotel. The pub has 2 bars, a dining room and a restaurant. The large garden at the rear is a great space for relaxing in summer and has a new children's play area. The public bar is dog-friendly. The existing building can be traced back to 1806, and a public house is recorded as existing on the site in 1700.

Aristocrat Guest House- Recently awarded 4 stars from the AA, this friendly guest house is a 5-minute walk from Cleethorpes Train Station and the seafront. The family-run Aristocrat is convenient for the ports of Grimsby and Immingham as well as the Humber Bank Industries. Other attractions include a theme park, Lincolnshire light railway and long nature walks along the seafront. Aristocrat is not far from the Lincolnshire Wolds and the city of Lincoln.

The Oak Tree- The Oak Tree has en suite rooms, good home-cooked food and links to the A14, M1 and M6. It is within easy reach of Rockingham Speedway. The Grade II listed building is walking distance of local amenities. Desborough has a leisure centre, shops and a small weekly market. Each room at The Oak Tree has an en suite bath or shower, a colour TV and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast and evening meals are available at an additional cost.
