Berties - This historic building has enjoyed a variety of uses over the years. In the 18th Century it became a coaching house called the Kings Head. In 1995 it was renamed 'Bertie's' after the P.G Woodhouse character Bertie Wooster. Our team of chefs have gained recognition from the aa and Good Food Guide. Bertie's specialises in traditional British fayre but our chefs have blended culinary nostalgia with modern flair and created a very different menu. The menu may feature 'Homemade fishcakes with a tomato herb sauce' alongside 'Brochettes of monkfish with a lemon and chervil dressing' or perhaps 'pork and herb sausages on a bed of mustard mash' alongside 'Roasted rack of lamb with figs and a sauce of ginger'. It is not all full meals, we serve simple lunches and snacks using the finest fresh local produce. In the evening the restaurant is transformed with linen napkins and candles. Parties are catered for with special menus available on request. We can also offer very comfortable guest rooms. these are all en-suite with a television, as well as tea and coffee making facility

Coach and Horses - This village pub, The Coach & Horses, dates back to 1762. Located in the village of Sutton Scotney, it has easy access to the M3 and the South. The letting rooms are created from the old thatched fire station and named after famous makes of fire engines: Dennis, Bedford and Commer. The rooms reflect the pub's traditional character, and a continental breakfast is included in the rate.

Eaton Court Guest House - Ideally located in the city centre, Eaton Court Guest House is a short walk from Southampton Central Railway Station and a short drive from Southampton docks. Most of the rooms feature en suite facilities and all have a TV. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available and the guest house offers free parking. The Mayflower Theatre is nearby, whilst a short drive will take you to the Isle of Wight ferry. Cottage Lodge - In the Victorian village of Brockenhurst, nestled in the heart of the New Forest National Park, this charming 17th century residence now offers 5-star guest accommodation. Cottage Lodge is a friendly, family-run property offering 12 clean, comfortable hotel-style bedrooms. All of the rooms have en suite facilities with a bath or a shower. A large function room can seat up to 80 people and there are nearby transport links to the A303.
