Berties - This historic building has enjoyed a variety of uses over the years. In the 18th Century it became a coaching house called the Kings Head. In 1995 it was renamed 'Bertie's' after the P.G Woodhouse character Bertie Wooster. Our team of chefs have gained recognition from the aa and Good Food Guide. Bertie's specialises in traditional British fayre but our chefs have blended culinary nostalgia with modern flair and created a very different menu. The menu may feature 'Homemade fishcakes with a tomato herb sauce' alongside 'Brochettes of monkfish with a lemon and chervil dressing' or perhaps 'pork and herb sausages on a bed of mustard mash' alongside 'Roasted rack of lamb with figs and a sauce of ginger'. It is not all full meals, we serve simple lunches and snacks using the finest fresh local produce. In the evening the restaurant is transformed with linen napkins and candles. Parties are catered for with special menus available on request. We can also offer very comfortable guest rooms. these are all en-suite with a television, as well as tea and coffee making facility

Banister Guest House - This family-run guest house has a prime location in a residential area, walking distance from local restaurants, bars and shops, and convenient for the station, hospitals, theatres, common, universities and airport. The lovely, recently refurbished guest house is run by the proprietors, Alain and Sue Ridley, whose aim is to give you a warm welcome and provide a friendly atmosphere to make your stay memorable. Banister House is a non-smoking hotel. Please note the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception. Check in must be by 21:00. If later than that, it is by request.

Cottage Lodge - In the Victorian village of Brockenhurst, nestled in the heart of the New Forest National Park, this charming 17th century residence now offers 5-star guest accommodation. The village of Brockenhurst has 3 pubs, 7 restaurants, a train station, a petrol station and various shops. The lodge is just 4 minutes' walk from open forest, but if you prefer to explore on horseback or by bike, horse riding and bicycle hire are available in the village. Cottage Lodge is a quirky, family run guest house that was awarded Most Sustainable Tourism Business in England 2008 and was a finalist in the Best Bed and Breakfast in South East awards.

St. Margaret's Lodge - Just metres from Southsea's seafront promenade and historic boating lake, this delightful detached Edwardian property was originally built in 1907 and today offers free Wi-Fi and en suite rooms. St. Margaret's Lodge has a relaxing and peaceful location, less than 5 minutes' walk from Southsea's beautiful seafront and Canoe Lake. Regular bus services run all around the city from the stops at Canoe Lake. The property is spacious and extremely well maintained, with a large hall with comfortable easy chairs and an open fire. The attractive breakfast room overlooks the very pretty garden at the rear of the guest house. A traditional English breakfast is served every day and lighter options are also available. The Jolly Miller - The Jolly Miller is a 19th-century country pub located alongside the Basingstoke Canal in the heart of Hook. The pub has a main bar, games room, large function room with a skittle alley, a large garden and car park at the rear. The Basingstoke Canal provides a number of pleasant walks between Basingstoke and Winchester.

The Fox And Hounds - In the heart of the Hampshire countryside is the Fox and Hounds. This cosy pub is in the pretty village of Crawley, near Winchester. The bar, with its 3 open log fires, serves a range of meals and a selection of English ales, lagers, wines and sprits. Rooms are separate from the pub itself, and each has its own fridge. A typical, quiet, English rural village, Crawley has a pond, church and many thatched cottages. The Fox and Hounds has been part of village life since the 19th century. The pub was rebuilt in 1910 in a Tudor style.
