The Sandpiper Guest House - A modern detached, family run Guest Accommodation, close to Abbey Gardens,beach, Riviera Centre and entertainment. Relax in a friendly atmosphere where good food and cleanliness are our priority. Our hotel has 10 beautiful bedrooms most of which are fully en-suite, including 6 double rooms, 1 single room, 1 family suite and 2 family rooms. They all have remote control colour tv, Alarm Clock radio, shaver point, hair dryer and generous courtesy tray with tea and coffee making facilities. The Sandpiper is centrally heated making us the ideal venue for out of season breaks. We are licensed and have a cellar bar (away from all bedrooms).

Riviera Guest Accommodation - The family-run Riviera is located on Plymouth Hoe and offers efficiency, convenience and a homely atmosphere. The non-smoking establishment is arranged over 3 floors, with one elegant internal staircase leading to all bedrooms. The ground-floor of the AA 3-star guest accommodation houses an informal bar and lounge. With its friendly and homely atmosphere it makes an excellent place to meet and relax. To the right of the bar and lounge is the breakfast area with seating for 24 people. All breakfasts are freshly cooked to order. Free Wi-Fi access is offered to guests with their own computers. There is also a computer with internet access, which can be used at an additional cost.

The Mulberry - We are a village inn situated between Exeter and Okehampton, approximately 15 miles from Exeter Airport and Exeter St Davids train station. We offer luxury accommodation in our 6 en suite rooms, 2 of which can be turned into a family room on a bed and breakfast basis. We have a public bar area and a restaurant, and all food served is fresh and locally sourced; the delicious desserts are made on site. We are ideally situated for shopping in Exeter or exploring Dartmoor. We are 10 miles east of Exeter and 10 miles west of Okehampton. There are numerous country walks and places of interest to visit, and the main A30 is easily accessible.
