The Mulberry - We are a village inn situated between Exeter and Okehampton, approximately 15 miles from Exeter Airport and Exeter St Davids train station. We offer luxury accommodation in our 6 en suite rooms, 2 of which can be turned into a family room on a bed and breakfast basis. We have a public bar area and a restaurant, and all food served is fresh and locally sourced; the delicious desserts are made on site. We are ideally situated for shopping in Exeter or exploring Dartmoor. We are 10 miles east of Exeter and 10 miles west of Okehampton. There are numerous country walks and places of interest to visit, and the main A30 is easily accessible.

The Montana - This family-run guest house is close to the Riviera Centre and Torquay's seafront, and just a short stroll to the harbourside with its great selection of bars, restaurants and shops. The harbour and many shops and restaurants are also within easy walking distances. In the evenings, why not relax with a drink on Fleurie's picturesque sun terrace. Although the house is not licensed, you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic drinks to relax with after a long day.

The Mildmay Retreat - Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, in the centre of the village of Holbeton, this new barn conversion, set on the old brewery site, is ideally situated for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities. Separate from the Mildmay Colours, a 200-year-old oak-beamed traditional country inn, where breakfast is served, the retreat is just a 4-minute drive from Mothecombe Beach on South Devon's spectacular coastline, and near the Dartmoor National Park. The Retreat comprises of 6 en suite rooms, including family accommodation which is on 3 levels and sleeps 5-6 people. All rooms have been refurbished and all have independent ground floor access.
