Pound Court Riverside Bed and Breakfast - Set right beside the Harbourne River, this B&B is located amid the hills of the beautiful South Hams and is close to the coast and wonderful beaches. The river runs down the side of the building, so you can fish for trout from Pound Court's private deck. The building is over 200 years old and retains many of its original features. The historic town of Totnes is 3 miles away (4.8 km) and the B&B is about 10 miles (16 km) from Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Dartmoor and Torbay.

Berry Hotel - The Berry Hotel is a non-smoking hotel situated on the level just a 2 minute walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and evening entertainment. All bedrooms are non-smoking, en suite and have colour TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast is served in the bright and spacious dining room. The hotel regrets that single sex parties, group bookings or children under age 5 cannot be accommodated.

The Mildmay Retreat - Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, in the centre of the village of Holbeton, this new barn conversion, set on the old brewery site, is ideally situated for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities. Separate from the Mildmay Colours, a 200-year-old oak-beamed traditional country inn, where breakfast is served, the retreat is just a 4-minute drive from Mothecombe Beach on South Devon's spectacular coastline, and near the Dartmoor National Park.
