The Mildmay Retreat - Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, in the centre of the village of Holbeton, this new barn conversion, set on the old brewery site, is ideally situated for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities. Separate from the Mildmay Colours, a 200-year-old oak-beamed traditional country inn, where breakfast is served, the retreat is just a 4-minute drive from Mothecombe Beach on South Devon's spectacular coastline, and near the Dartmoor National Park. The Retreat comprises of 6 en suite rooms, including family accommodation which is on 3 levels and sleeps 5-6 people. All rooms have been refurbished and all have independent ground floor access.

Harcourt Hotel - This small, recently refurbished, family-run, dog friendly licensed hotel is ideally located in Ilfracombe, close to the harbour, shops and seafront, and a short drive from Watermouth Castle. The owners of Harcourt Hotel pride themselves on providing a clean, friendly, home away from home environment, where you can relax in this picturesque seaside resort in Devon. All of the rooms at the hotel have en suite facilities as well as colour TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel offers bed and breakfast with the option of an evening meal, with a menu that caters for a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements. There are limited free parking spaces on-site, and the hotel is completed by a licensed bar, games room and guest TV lounge. White Horse Guesthouse - This highly recommended, family-run guest house is set in its own grounds and is ideal for touring the area and enjoying the coastal walks that take in some of Devon's best scenery. The White Horse was built in the mid 19th century by Lord Churston. Subsequent owners appear to have been offering accommodation to paying guests for over 100 years. Each room is en suite and beautifully decorated with crisp linen, fluffy towels, tea and coffee making facilities, a TV and a DVD player. The hotel has a lounge bar which serves food, a dining area, a large garden, and ample forecourt parking with space for trailers.

The delightful Edwardian building contains light, airy rooms and offers charming, comfortable bed-and-breakfast accommodation. A delicious English cooked breakfast is included. Families are welcome. Pets can also stay, providing you are booking either of the 2 'pet friendly' garden rooms. There is a large, free private car park and free Wi-Fi internet access is available.

Grosvenor House - This hotel is situated in a quiet yet central location, within easy walking distance of the beach, town and Riviera Conference Centre. The hotel is run by a Christian family, Nigel and Angela Pearce, with their 2 children William and Linda. We are one of the few small hotels to still provide our guests with the opportunity to book evening meals. We offer superior accommodation at reasonable rates. We are here to ensure your stay in Torquay is an enjoyable one.

The Dorchester Guest House - This Victorian house is a short walk from the seafront, Blue Flag beaches and the town centre. It offers family and pet-friendly accommodation with private parking and helpful service. The family-run Dorchester Guest House was the 2008 runner up in the 'Best B&B/Guest House' category in the North Devon Tourism Awards. The friendly staff are happy to assist with arranging activities such as sea fishing, golfing, theatre tickets, horse riding and quad biking. The Dorchester is fully licensed and can offer a 2-course meal by prior arrangement. The freshly prepared meals contain local produce wherever possible.
