The rooms, restaurant, garden room and lounge bar are all non-smoking; smokers are allowed to smoke in the Sands Bar. The Sands Hotel, originally built as a fish store in 1860, has been recently refurbished and upgraded to provide a high standard of both bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodation in Burray village. The imposing building overlooks Burray Harbour, Watersound Bay and South Ronaldsay. The village shop and Burray post offce are just 2 minutes walk away, and there is also a garage nearby. Over-Seas House- Over-Seas House has a city-centre location in the heart of Princes Street, Edinburgh's main shopping street. Norlaggan- We are a small family-run guest house situated in Speyside, offering quality assured bed and breakfast accommodation.
