The Gladwyn - The Gladwyn has ten comfortable en suite rooms which have all been refurbished and redecorated using unique themes and imaginative colours. You will also find some very nice original art work around the building. We have a family room so families are more than welcome and well behaved pets are invited to accompany their owners. Our public areas are all wi fi enabled (at no additional charge) so you can even bring your laptop.

Sea Spray - Centrally located on Brightons seafront square, this luxury boutique hotel has stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi, excellent personal service and a varied breakfast menu. Sea Spray is contemporary, comfortable and impeccably clean. It is close to Brightons attractions and Brighton Conference Centre. Rooms are individually styled, and have flat-screen TVs with Freeview, DVD players and minibars. Book a massage or sauna in the in-house treatment room.

Bay Lodge - BandB - Situated on Eastbourne's seafront, this friendly, traditional family-run guest house has views of the sea, the beach, the Pavilion Tea Gardens and the Redoubt Fortress Military Museum. The Bay Lodge B&B offers clean and comfortable accommodation. There are 10 rooms, all with en suite facilities with either a bath or a shower. A full English breakfast with fruit and cereal is served each morning and is included in the price. There is a licensed honesty bar with Sky satellite TV and a sun lounge, where guests can relax. There is a private car park at the rear of the building with 6 spaces available for guests use. Parking is also available, free of charge, on the roads at the sides and rear of the property. Please note that the Bay Lodge does not have disabled access and there are 2 flights of stairs to reach some of the rooms. There are also no facilities for smokers.

Court Craven - Court Craven enjoys a fantastic central location, a few paces from the sea, 5-minutes from the pier and The Lanes and close to everything Brighton has to offer. The aim at Court Craven is to offer no-frills accommodation in clean, comfortable rooms, at good value rates.
