Fairways (Silver Award 2007, 2008, July 2009)- Double Silver Award Winner, Fairways is less than 800 metres from the seafront. We provide free car parking for our guests and are close to all the amenities in Torquay. Fairways really allows you to explore the whole of Torbay to the full. We have recently been awarded our 3rd consecutive '4 Star Silver Award' by the Quality in Tourism Council. This is in recognition of the facilities we offer as well as the care and attention to detail that we extend to our guests. We are ideally situated on the main route to the seafront and within easy access of all facilities, such as the Princess Theatre, Torre Abbey, Torquay's Shopping Centre and the picturesque thatched village of Cockington.

The Grosvenor- Just 400 metres from Scarborough Railway Station, this traditional Victorian building is now a charming guest house offering free Wi-Fi and charming en suite rooms with Freeview TV. In Scarborough's South Bay area, only a short walk from the very heart of the town centre, the Grosvenor is family run. The Mulberry- We are a village inn situated between Exeter and Okehampton, approximately 15 miles from Exeter Airport and Exeter St Davids train station. We offer luxury accommodation in our 6 en suite rooms, 2 of which can be turned into a family room on a bed and breakfast basis. We have a public bar area and a restaurant, and all food served is fresh and locally sourced; the delicious desserts are made on site. We are ideally situated for shopping in Exeter or exploring Dartmoor. We are 10 miles east of Exeter and 10 miles west of Okehampton. There are numerous country walks and places of interest to visit, and the main A30 is easily accessible.

George and Dragon Inn- This charming hotel has been created by combining the original 17th Century Coaching Inn with the adjoining rectory and corn mill in the sleepy market town of Kirkbymoorside. Bakers Hotel - BandB- This family-run budget hotel is walking distance from Victoria train, coach, bus and Tube stations. Kings Road, Oxford Circus, Regent Street and Harrods can all be reached with ease. The good-value rooms at Bakers Hotel are clean, comfortable and suitable for a London break on a budget. Some rooms are en suite, others share bathroom facilities, which are situated on each floor. Top tourist attractions such as Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and London Eye, as well as famous theatres and restaurants, are all within walking distance.

Swan House- This 5-star boutique guest house has a lovely position in Hastings Old Town and presents beautiful, intimate and individual rooms that exude comfort and luxury. Beulah House has contemporary, spacious rooms with en suite facilities and a TV. Some rooms have charming period furniture or four-poster beds. An inclusive full English breakfast is served in the attractive dining room. Set in 1 acre of beautiful topiary gardens, this 19th-century guest house offers excellent bed and breakfast accommodation. The house is elegantly furnished, with many antiques, ornate marble fireplaces and stained glass windows. The White Cliffs, the town centre and Dover Castle are nearby.

The Windward- This peaceful hotel has a fantastic setting overlooking the award-winning beach at Porth. It is a calm, relaxing base for exploring Cornwall's sights and attractions. Columbus Hotel- On an elegant, tree-lined avenue, close to Hyde Park, the West End and Oxford Street, less than 350 metres from London Paddington Station, this bed and breakfast hotel has a good location. The Columbus is situated on the south side of Sussex Gardens and has been tastefully converted to provide good quality bed and breakfast accommodation at great-value rates. All of the tastefully decorated rooms are well equipped, with TVs, telephones and tea/coffee. Every room has a desk, a chair and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Little Court- Little Court is a delightful Edwardian Country House in the Lutyens style with fabulous gardens. The accommodation designed for business and leisure travellers combines high standards with excellent value. The guest accommodation, situated in one wing of the house has its own guest entrance a very comfortable lounge with log fire and complimentary sherry. The whole house is non-smoking for the comfort of our guests. Each morning we prepare breakfast using only the best produce from our own walled garden and from local farms. We do not offer evening meals but there is an excellent pub a short walk away which serves good food and of course Dorchester with its many restaurants is only one mile away.

The Gresham Hotel - BandB- Located in a quiet part of Scarborough and close to many of the town's attractions, this guest accommodation offers a very comfortable and friendly family atmosphere. Close to the North Bay attractions, the large guest house features pleasantly decorated bedrooms with modern furnishings.
