The Falcon BandB- The Falcon B&B is a 10-minute walk from Oxford city centre, and has views of the college boathouses. The warm and friendly B&B is within 2 late-Victorian town houses located opposite Queens College's playing fields. Each room is well furnished and has an en suite shower. Toomer Farm- Part of a 500 acre working farm, this charming guesthouse is set within an Elizabethan manor house on the Somerset/Dorset border, just 5 miles from Sherborne. Nestled amid a walled garden with ancient carp ponds and a dove cote, Toomer Farm is surrounded by limestone hills known as the Caundells on the edge of Thomas Hardy Country. St George's- St George's is a family-run bed and breakfast with 10 individually decorated en suite bedrooms. This Victorian house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac across from York's racecourse. It is a 10 minute walk to the city walls but less to the start of York's many wonderful eating places. From here to get to the city center you can either walk round on the walls at Micklegate Bar towards the spectacular ancient Minster or under them where the shops start. Both ways take around a further 10 minutes, so it is 20 minutes walking from us to the middle of town. Our emphasis is on friendliness and cleanliness. Hinds Head- Situated in the village of Aldermaston near Reading, this beautiful red brick building dating back to the 1650s has recently been refurbished to create 18 individual bedrooms. The rooms retain many of the building's historic original features, with the added benefits of modern comforts. Offering excellent and varied cuisine, wines and Fuller's beers, the restaurant has gained a deservedly high reputation within the region for its food and service. The Hinds Head has an ideal location from which to explore the beautiful county of Berkshire.

George and Dragon- This 18th-century inn in the picturesque Chiltern Hills offers good dining and quirky, traditional bedrooms. The inn is close to the Hellfire Caves and West Wycombe Park. Glenlyn Guest House- Minutes from Woodside Park Tube, the good-quality Glenlyn has good access to the Wembley Complex, Alexandra Palace and Central London, without the Central London prices. At Glenlyn there is free parking and free wireless internet. There is a high standard of comfort and service, and good links to the M25, M1 and A40. Glenlyn is outside the London Congestion Zone. The welcoming North London guest house is family-run and offers modern yet cosy rooms. There is a private bar, a garden and a conservatory where good breakfasts are served. The Plough Inn- This beautiful country pub occupies a privileged location close to the main cities of Cambridge, Newmarket, Bury St. Edmunds and Sudbury. Set in the picturesque Suffolk countryside, you can explore the surroundings during the day before relaxing with traditional pub food, using local suppliers, and a drink in the evening. The A143, A1307 and A11 offer excellent transport links to the surrounding areas. In addition to this, the M11 is only 18 miles away.
