All Seasons Guest House - This traditional Lakeland stone-built house offers comfortable accommodation in a great location, in the centre of the village of Windermere, in the heart of the beautiful Lake District. The house was originally built in 1854 for the railway, which arrived in Windermere at around that time. Today, the house's great location makes it a wonderful base from which to explore the stunning natural beauty and breathtaking scenery of the Lake District, which so inspired Wordsworth, Wainwright and Beatrix Potter. Windermere train and coach station is just a 3-minute walk away and all of the town's pubs and restaurants are also nearby. The house still retains its beautiful original exterior, slate roof and several other lovely period features. There are 3 comfortable, modern en suite rooms with showers, and one room with private facilities. Each room is comfortable and well equipped, with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities.

The Derby Arms - Perfectly situated in the Lake District National Park, The Derby Arms is a traditional country pub offering comfortable rooms, providing an ideal base from which to explore the South Lakes. All individually designed rooms have en suite facilities and a plasma-screen TV. Some rooms boast a luxurious and elegant roll top bath and some have attractive views. An inclusive continental breakfast is provided. The Derby Arms serves good food and drink in a welcoming environment, with cosy log fires and period furniture. Located in Eskdale, the B&B is ideal for walkers and is a few miles from Wastwater, England's deepest lake. The Ravenglass & Eskdale railway stops at Beckfoot, the local station. Each comfortable room comes with a TV, DVD player with DVD library, and free Wi-Fi. There are 2 ground-floor sitting rooms, one with a wood stove and sofas to laze on, the other with a TV and PlayStation for the children. Rose Cottage - A relaxing retreat in the heart of the Lake District, this charming 16th century cottage is situated in the picturesque village of Bowness, one minute's walk from Lake Windermere. Just a short stroll away from Bowness's shops, caf?s, restaurants and attractions, Rose Cottage provides comfortable bed and breakfast accommodation. Please note that the cottage is bed and breakfast only, no additional meals can be provided. Still maintaining many of its original features, the house can be unsuitable for disabled guests or those who have trouble with stairs. Unfortunately no ground floor rooms are available. Parking is available at a nearby public car park. Permits are available from Rose Cottage. A refundable deposit of GBP 10 is required.
