Waverley Hotel - The Waverley Hotel, Workington, offers quality, exceptional value accommodation with a wide variety of room styles. The Waverley Hotel is situated in the historic coastal town of Workington, Cumbria. The Waverley Hotel is within easy walking distance of bus and rail terminals, local shops, theatres, parks, Workington speedway, rugby league and rugby union, Workington Reds football stadiums as well as other Workington central amenities. Nearby attractions include a variety of craft outlets and artisans producing beautiful gifts and momentos to remind you of your stay. We have 25 en suite bedrooms, 4 standard rooms and a selection of individually designed executive suites giving a maximum occupancy of 50 guests. All bedrooms contain the usual modern amenities with tea/coffee making facilities, colour tv, hair dryer, direct dial telephones, broadband internet access, luxury toiletries, tourist information, notepads etc. a separate ironing room is available, however executive suites include an ironing station, fresh flowers and complimentary welcome pack (wine, fresh fruit, still water and chocolates). Unfortunately the hotel does not have a lift.

Dene House - Occupying a superb position on the edge of Bowness village, and just 3-minutes away from Lake Windermere itself, this beautiful guest house offers a careful blend of modern and traditional. Carefully retaining many of the original features of the property, Denehouse has been completely refurbished to ensure that you are provided with every modern comfort during your stay. During your stay you can take the time to explore the village of Bowness, with its many pubs and restaurants, or take a boat trip on the lake. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the leisure facilities at the nearby The Spinnaker Club in Windermere Marina Village.

Rosemount Guest House - Our quality B&B is the ideal launch pad for your Lake District stay. After a satisfying night's rest in one of our firm but comfortable beds, stroll down to the elegant dining room. There you will find a breakfast to keep the keenest walker or cyclist going all day. Visit us once and you'll want to stay again. We regret that we do not accept one-night stays.

Westbury House - This 3-star rated, Lakeland-stone, Victorian house is set in a quiet side street, approximately 5 minutes' walk from the train/bus station. Jo and Alan offer quality accommodation and excellent value for money. They are very happy to advise you on any walks and have maps to assist you. They can also book you on to tours and make dinner reservations for you at one of the many excellent restaurants in the surrounding area, or beyond. The house is situated opposite Ellerthwaite Park and is a gentle 20-minute walk from Lake Windermere itself.

Virginia Cottage - Prime location with Lake Windermere only 150 yards away. Some rooms have views over the surrounding fells and the village Set right in the heart of Bowness on Windermere village we specialise in relaxed accommodation mainly for couples wishing to take advantage of our perfect location for the Lake and boats, shops, restaurants, attractions and pubs.Then relax and unwind in the evening either splashing about at parklands country club (swimming pool, spa,sauna etc)free to all our guests or sample some of the fine cuisine on offer in the many restaurants. Later try one or even two of the quaint pubs around and about in bowness. For an intimate evening in we have now built a cinema room to enjoy your very own viewing of films from TV or dvd on the big screen ( yes we even can provide the popcorn )

Beech House - In a quiet location, only a few minutes' walk from Windermere's town centre, this small, charming guest house is traditionally built from authentic local stone. In the heart of the English Lake District, Beech House offers bed and breakfast accommodation in a good location, within easy reach of all of Windermere's shops, cafes and restaurants. Windermere Railway Station is less than 750 metres away and the guest house also has easy access to the town's bus services. All of the rooms have en suite shower rooms and gas central heating. Lingwood Lodge has free private parking and a guest lounge with a computer for internet access.

Glen Wynne - Glen Wynne is a cosy B&B that offers quality, comfortable and friendly accommodation in the heart of Windermere village, the Lake District. It is close to the railway/bus station, local restaurants, bars and shops, and the lake. The traditional stone Victorian guest house has been awarded a Visit Britain 3-star rating. All rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and have en suite facilities. Full English breakfast is included in your room rate.

All Seasons Guest House - This traditional Lakeland stone-built house offers comfortable accommodation in a great location, in the centre of the village of Windermere, in the heart of the beautiful Lake District. The house was originally built in 1854 for the railway, which arrived in Windermere at around that time. Today, the house's great location makes it a wonderful base from which to explore the stunning natural beauty and breathtaking scenery of the Lake District, which so inspired Wordsworth, Wainwright and Beatrix Potter. Windermere train and coach station is just a 3-minute walk away and all of the town's pubs and restaurants are also nearby. The house still retains its beautiful original exterior, slate roof and several other lovely period features. There are 3 comfortable, modern en suite rooms with showers, and one room with private facilities. Each room is comfortable and well equipped, with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities.

The White House Experience - This licensed country guest house is situated just 3 kilometres (2 miles) from junction 40 of the M6/A66, offering you a small, luxurious and homely alternative to regular travel accommodation.
