The Harbour Lights dates from 1895 and was purpose built as a small hotel at the height of Ilfracombe's Victorian heyday. Many of the original features remain, such as the central staircase with its antique mahogany banister and the sash windows. The guest house has a 60-seater, licensed restaurant on the ground floor.
