Berties- This historic building has enjoyed a variety of uses over the years. In the 18th Century it became a coaching house called the Kings Head. In 1995 it was renamed 'Bertie's' after the P.G Woodhouse character Bertie Wooster. Our team of chefs have gained recognition from the aa and Good Food Guide. Bertie's specialises in traditional British fayre but our chefs have blended culinary nostalgia with modern flair and created a very different menu. The menu may feature 'Homemade fishcakes with a tomato herb sauce' alongside 'Brochettes of monkfish with a lemon and chervil dressing' or perhaps 'pork and herb sausages on a bed of mustard mash' alongside 'Roasted rack of lamb with figs and a sauce of ginger'. It is not all full meals, we serve simple lunches and snacks using the finest fresh local produce. In the evening the restaurant is transformed with linen napkins and candles. Charlies Cafe Bar- Naughty Nell's is a beautifully restored 16th century coaching inn at the heart of the historic market town of Shifnal, which was described by Charles Dickens in The Old Curiosity Shop. Grade II listed, the inn is surrounded by attractive half-timbered and Georgian houses and close to the Norman church which was one of the few buildings to escape a great fire in 1591 which destroyed most of the town. It was reputedly the home of Nell Gwynn and her legendary bed chamber.

Widlake Farm Bed And Breakfast- With free Wi-Fi and free parking, Widlake Farm offers charming bed and breakfast accommodation in a beautiful, peaceful countryside location, on a family-run working farm.
