South Lodge Hotel- The South Lodge Hotel is an attractive Victorian town house and has recently been carefully refurbished and modernized whilst retaining a warm, homely atmosphere. The hotel is a short walk from Chelmsford town center and the county cricket ground and is conveniently located near the A12 and M25 motorway. South Bar & Restaurant is an a la carte restaurant that offers contemporary French inspired cuisine in a relaxing environment. The restaurant, bar area and functions rooms have all been refurbished and modernized but still provide a comforting homely atmosphere.

Ashley Villa- This family run, friendly guest house is found in a residential area just outside Bath, within easy reach of the city's attractions. The accommodation of this Victorian building is decorated in a contemporary style with brand new shower/bath rooms. Our facilities include a cosy lounge, licensed bar, attractive patio garden and outdoor heated swimming pool.

The Imperial Hotel- A friendly, family run hotel close to Manchester University, Manchester Royal Infirmary, theatres, restaurants and a short bus ride to the city centre and the metro-link to Old Trafford. A warm welcome awaits you at our hotel.

Columbus Hotel- On an elegant, tree-lined avenue, close to Hyde Park, the West End and Oxford Street, less than 350 metres from London Paddington Station, this bed and breakfast hotel has a good location. The Columbus is situated on the south side of Sussex Gardens and has been tastefully converted to provide good quality bed and breakfast accommodation at great-value rates. All of the tastefully decorated rooms are well equipped, with TVs, telephones and tea/coffee. Every room has a desk, a chair and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The beds have high quality orthopaedic mattresses and some rooms can accommodate up to 3 or 4 people. A continental breakfast is available each morning. Wi-Fi is available at a small additional cost, as is some limited on-site parking. The hotel is just a few hundred metres from London Paddington Station, which offers easy access to the London Underground Network and London Heathrow Airport via the Heathrow Express train service.

Carlton Hotel BandB- The Carlton Hotel located in London's central area of Victoria and fashionable Belgravia. Our reputation has been built on a high standard of cleanliness; good service and personal attention at all times. Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the hotel.

Churchill Inn- Located in the centre of Ambleside, with private parking and all the amenities literally on your doorstep. Within the hotel there are two bars: the larger Popular bar and the more tranquil Monty's bar with an open fire etc. A traditional bar menu is served in the the main bar with a 10% discount for residents.

The Chequers- This charming 15th century coaching inn, set in the beautiful old market town of Royston, Hertfordshire, offers a well-balanced blend of contemporary design and traditional architecture. The Chequers is a unique environment for a casual drink, a meal from the extensive menu, or a weekend retreat in one of the 8 carefully crafted rooms. Each room boasts en suite facilities, a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi internet access.

The Royal Albion- Looking out to sea over Broadstairs' Viking Bay, the Royal Albion has a magnificent location, on the seafront, yet also close to the heart of the town. The Royal Albion was originally built in 1760 and Charles Dickens was a regular visitor. The famous Bleak House, Dickens' home in Broadstairs, is within sight. The rear gardens lead out onto the town's seafront promenade, with direct access to the sandy beaches. All of the 21 rooms are en suite and each room has Sky TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Each room has a view of the historic town or of the bay. Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available in the entire hotel at an additional cost. A generous and tasty full English breakfast is included in the price.

Dorset Villa- Dorset Villa Guest House is comfortable, friendly b&b accommodation situated approximately 5 minutes from city centre. The guest house has its own car park at the rear, and all rooms have a colour TV. A 2 storey Victorian building very conveniently situated, close to the centre of the beautiful World Heritage Georgian city of Bath. Dorset Villa has 6 comfortable, recently refurbished rooms.

The Woolpack Inn- Rich in historic character and traditional charm, this stone-built coaching inn originally dates back to the 1500s and today offers comfortable en suite rooms and delicious food. In the charming Somerset village of Beckington, 11 miles (18 km) south of Bath and just 3 miles (5 km) from Frome, the Woolpack Inn offers a warm welcome and a relaxing stay with that little touch of luxury. The inn offers delicious freshly prepared dishes, include game from the local shoot and fish delivered daily from Brixham. The bar serves fine traditional ales and has a stone floor and a large open log fire for those cold winter days. The courtyard garden is a great spot in which to relax in the warmer months. There are 11 en suite rooms, including one four-poster room, one feature room and one large family room. Stone Court- This historic, Grade II listed building is home to the conveniently situated Stone Court hotel and its popular restaurant. A short walk from the city centre, this Tudor hotel was converted in 1716 to serve as a residence for crown court judges. Re-trace their steps by relaxing in the comfortable rooms, and sipping port amid the oak beams and wood-panelling of the lounge bar. You can even add to the authenticity of the experience by booking a room with a four-poster bed. With a restaurant on-site, this is also an ideal place for conferences, weddings and other functions - a unique solution to any occasion.

Wheatlands Lodge- In picturesque Windermere, in a quiet area close to the lake and the town centre, this beautiful Victorian property offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and luxurious 5-star guest accommodation. Yaxham Mill- Completely renovated from the derelict mill and outhouses that stood dormant since 1940, Yaxham Mill consists of renovated cottages located just 2 minutes from the A47. The family-run Yaxham Mill has a relaxing countryside environment, a highly acclaimed yet informal restaurant and a bar serving Real Ales. It is within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads, Cromer, Holt, Great Yarmouth and is 12 miles from Norwich. The sympathetic conversion has created a modern environment, rooms with great showers, flat-screen TVs and Wi-Fi internet access.

Gainsborough Lodge- Gainsborough Lodge is conveniently situated only five minutes from Gatwick Airport. An extended Edwardian House with 16 rooms and bungalow annex of 14 rooms. Family run set in half-acre garden. Long term car park available on the premises per day. We have a free phone courtesy pick up point at the airport, available from 9:00am - 11:00pm, which runs every 30 minutes on the hour & half hour when requested. A taxi is GBP 5.00 outside of these hours. Horley Town Centre is a five minute walk away and offers Indian, Italian, Spanish & Chinese food, pizza, fish & chips and four pubs. Evening meals are not provided, but guests are invited to use our Conservatory dining room for take-aways. Unfortunately, the guest house does not have a lift.

The Langford Inn- Adjacent to The Langford Inn are en suite bedrooms housed in 2 converted 17th-century barns with exposed beams, original brickwork, oak floors and luxuries for modern living. Each room has a flat-screen TV with DVDs, a free Wi-Fi connection and tea/coffee. There are 3 suites, one with a twin Jacuzzi, and one with shower room able to accommodate disabled guests.

Volunteer Inn- This locally owned 17th century inn, is crammed with history, traditional local cask ales and plenty of character, and stands at the lower end of Chipping Campden's historic High Street. The inn is set in the small Cotswold town of Chipping Campden, an area renowned for its natural beauty. It has a peaceful position within a few hundred yards of the town centre. It is located at the start of the Cotswold Way - a well known walk along the Cotswold Hill to Bath The inn was named The Volunteer in the mid 1800's because local men used to 'sign on' there for the volunteer armies. The staff aim to supply you with a quaint, comfortable room in a homely atmosphere, as well as forwarding local knowledge on the best places to visit.

Knoll Country House- This beautiful late Victorian country house is set in its own grounds amidst beautiful wooded countryside, in the picturesque location of Newby Bridge, on the shore of Lake Windermere. Knoll Country House has many original period features including an ornate staircase, stained glass windows, fireplaces, cornices and picture rails. It has been sympathetically decorated and refurbished to enhance these beautiful characteristics. The hotel features in the Which? Guide to Good B&Bs and was chosen for the Editors Top 20 list in the 2004 guide. It has also been included in the Michelin Guide for 2007. This means that you can be assured of an excellent stay with superb food in comfortable and welcoming surroundings. The Victoria Hotel- Situated in Victoria Park, this hotel is within 5 minutes' walk of the town centre, close to the Dorchester bypass and adjacent to the county hospital. There is a car park for guests and plenty of street parking. There are en suite double and twin rooms with TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel has a good reputation for its real ales and home-cooked meals. Promotional events and live music are featured on specific dates.

Parks Guest House- Parks Guest House, with its ample on-site parking, is located just 5 minutes' walk from the centre of the picturesque market town of Hertford. The rooms have a modern decor and a spacious feel, and come complete with useful facilities and attractive furniture. Ealing Guest House- This guest house will suit a budget visit to Central London or trip to Heathrow. Ealing Guest House is one minute's walk from the Tube or bus.
