Dukes Head Inn- Dating back to Victorian times, this is a traditional English inn with Irish hospitality. The small and friendly Dukes Head Inn rests 10 miles south of central London in Richmond-upon-Thames, one of the capital's most historic and desirable suburbs. With its own unique village atmosphere, the suburb is home to many painters, writers, poets, actors and musicians.

The Langbury- With magnificent views of the sea and the hills of glorious Exmoor, this small, family-run bed and breakfast is set in its own well-tended gardens with an outdoor pool (unheated). In the small coastal village of Blue Anchor, the Langbury was originally an Edwardian gentleman's residence. Today, it is a friendly guest house, renowned for its particular blend of comfort and personal service. The individually decorated en suite rooms enjoy stunning views of the sea and the hills of Exmoor and the Quantocks. All rooms have tea/coffee, TVs and DVD players. Harcourt Hotel- This small, recently refurbished, family-run, dog friendly licensed hotel is ideally located in Ilfracombe, close to the harbour, shops and seafront, and a short drive from Watermouth Castle. The owners of Harcourt Hotel pride themselves on providing a clean, friendly, home away from home environment, where you can relax in this picturesque seaside resort in Devon. All of the rooms at the hotel have en suite facilities as well as colour TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel offers bed and breakfast with the option of an evening meal, with a menu that caters for a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements. There are limited free parking spaces on-site, and the hotel is completed by a licensed bar, games room and guest TV lounge. The hotel can cater for most needs; from single guests up to a family or even a group booking.

Westbury House- This 3-star rated, Lakeland-stone, Victorian house is set in a quiet side street, approximately 5 minutes' walk from the train/bus station. Jo and Alan offer quality accommodation and excellent value for money. They are very happy to advise you on any walks and have maps to assist you. They can also book you on to tours and make dinner reservations for you at one of the many excellent restaurants in the surrounding area, or beyond. The house is situated opposite Ellerthwaite Park and is a gentle 20-minute walk from Lake Windermere itself.

Alvera Court- Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday visitors and conference delegates to our attractive, friendly and comfortable totally non-smoking home. We are small, privately owned and run by ourselves, offering twelve individually decorated bedrooms. Visit Britain Four Star guest accomodation, centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a town house with stairs to all levels. Sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom. We have our own private car park next to the hotel, and look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Access at all times once checked in. We do not serve dinner now as there are more than seventy restaurants a five minute walk from us into town. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available.

Our 14 guest bedrooms are all en-suite and have direct dial telephones with modem ports for the busy business traveller. The Old Vicarage is a non-smoking establishment. On-site parking is also available. In Bridgwater town there are a number of good restaurants, pubs and plenty of shopping. Although we operate on a mainly bed and breakfast basis. Our caf? is open 6 days a week from 10:30am to 5pm and 6:30pm to 9pm for residents. Bridgwater is perfectly situated near junction 23 & 24 of the M5 motorway which is ideal for those travelling on business. The town is also central to all of Summersets' most famous attractions such as Wells cathedral, Cheddar Gorge, Exmoor National Park, Dunster castle and much much more. As a smaller property we do our best to offer most of the facilities you will find in a larger hotel; however please read the hotel policies to ensure that we are able to meet your individual requirements.

The Buck Hotel Guest House- Located in the heart of Richmond, this small hotel is well-situated for exploring the beautiful scenery and features of the town. The Buck Hotel Guest House was built in 1800, and for 175 years has been known as The Buck. It offers one of the best beer gardens in the area and a range of food and drinks. Drying facilities are available, which are ideal for walkers and those on the Coast to Coast route. All rooms are en suite, and 3 of the rooms have views of the castle.

The Scole Inn- This 17th century coaching inn has retained many of its original features, including a hand carved staircase and hand painted sundial. The bar boasts 2 magnificent fireplaces which are reputedly the largest in East Anglia. We stock cask conditioned ales and a wide selection of fine wines. Food is served in both the bar and restaurant. All bedrooms are en suite, many with feature fireplaces and luxurious four-poster beds. Situated 2 miles from the historic market town of Diss, on the Norfolk and Suffolk border, The Scole Inn offers an ideal location for exploring both counties. Local attractions include Banham Zoo (8 miles), where 10,000 animals are found in 35 acres of parkland. Highlights include bird of prey displays and a safari road train.

Flexistay Aparthotel- Near Tooting Bec Common, Flexistay Aparthotel offer modern apartments with access to contemporary self-catering facilities, a 5-minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station. All of the comfortable rooms are well furnished, with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi internet access. Every apartment has a contemporary bathroom, as well as the use of a kitchen, complete with cookware, a washer/dryer and a lounge area. An inclusive all-day breakfast is available on a self-service basis. Nearby, there are a number of cosmopolitan restaurants, bars and shops. There is easy access to central London via the London Underground service.

Ullet Suites- Ullet Suites is situated opposite Lace Conference Centre in the leafy suburbs of Liverpool, close to Sefton Park, with good transport links to the city centre. The suites offer comfortable, relaxing accommodation at an affordable price. Each has large spacious bedrooms with high speed internet access. All suites have access to on-site cooking facilities. Excellent bars and pubs are all within walking distance, as is the world famous Penny Lane, home of The Beatles.

Gainsborough Lodge- Gainsborough Lodge is conveniently situated only five minutes from Gatwick Airport. An extended Edwardian House with 16 rooms and bungalow annex of 14 rooms. Family run set in half-acre garden. Long term car park available on the premises per day. We have a free phone courtesy pick up point at the airport, available from 9:00am - 11:00pm, which runs every 30 minutes on the hour & half hour when requested. A taxi is GBP 5.00 outside of these hours. Horley Town Centre is a five minute walk away and offers Indian, Italian, Spanish & Chinese food, pizza, fish & chips and four pubs. Evening meals are not provided, but guests are invited to use our Conservatory dining room for take-aways. Unfortunately, the guest house does not have a lift.

Bourne Valley Inn- This traditional country pub with 9 fully refurbished, en suite rooms is located on the edge of St. Mary Bourne and serves good food and real ale 7 days a week. The Bourne Valley is a peaceful and quiet area, and the inn has a garden and patio where you can enjoy the tranquillity. A large function room can seat up to 80 people and there are nearby transport links to the A303.

Hollingbury Hotel- Just 20-25 minutes from Central London, here you can enjoy comfort, hospitality and convenience, with easy access to business, shopping and entertainment centres. The Hollingbury Hotel is located for local sights and attractions, including the newly built National Stadium and the 24-hour Ace Cafe. The famous Madame Tussaud's and Oxford Street are only 20-25 minutes from the Hollingbury. Train stations (Harlesden & Willesden Junction) are only a few minutes away from the hotel.

The Red Cow - Guest House- A few minutes' walk from Richmond town centre and rail/Tube stations, the cosy, popular Red Cow is a restored inn offering home-cooked bar food and comfortable accommodation. The Red Cow has a history that dates back to the early 19th century. Although recently refurbished, many of the original features, including wonderful glassworks, have been retained. Richmond Station has frequent rail services to Central London, and the Tube station is connected to the District Line and London Overground Line.

Churchill Inn- Located in the centre of Ambleside, with private parking and all the amenities literally on your doorstep. Within the hotel there are two bars: the larger Popular bar and the more tranquil Monty's bar with an open fire etc. A traditional bar menu is served in the the main bar with a 10% discount for residents.

Haydee Guesthouse- Just 1 minute from the beach, Haydee Guesthouse is opposite Britannia Pier and well-located for bars, shops and family attractions. The family-run guest house has en suite rooms with a TV and tea/coffee, and double rooms come with a king-size bed. Some rooms have a sea view. There is a licensed bar where you can start or end your evening, and home-cooked meals are served in the dining room.
