Clifton Grove- Between Torquay Harbour and Babbacombe Downs, home of the cliff-top railway, this well-preserved, 19th-century building offers charming accommodation and some limited free parking. The Clifton Grove is a Grade II listed building, originally built by the Royal Navy to accommodate the families of their captains. The harbour, the seafront and the town's many other attractions are a 10-minute stroll away.
