Victoria Lodge- At Victoria Lodge our aim is to provide an excellent level of quality accommodation and service. All of our 10 en suite bedrooms are individually styled and well equipped, offering a refreshing change from a large chain hotel. Kenilworth's central location makes it an ideal place to stay, with easy access to The National Exhibition Centre, The National Agricultural Centre and Warwick University, as well as being a good base for exploring the surrounding areas of Warwick, Stratford-on-Avon and the Cotswolds. The town also boasts Kenilworth Castle, the largest in England, the picturesque old town and a wide variety of restaurants for all tastes, most of which are within walking distance of Victoria Lodge.

Cranmore- Close to all that Torquay has to offer, the Cranmore offers charming family-run guest accommodation with all the benefits of a small hotel, including free Wi-Fi and free parking. Rowcroft Lodge- Rowcroft Lodge has a super quiet location overlooking Goodrington Park with clear views from the balcony to the sea, and Brixham in the distance. The non-smoking, Rowcroft Lodge has a 4-star Guest Accommodation rating from Visit Britain. The lodge offers good home-cooking and comfortable en suite rooms, with large family rooms. All rooms have tea/coffee and TV with Freeview channels. The many attractions of Torbay are close at hand, with Paignton Zoo within a mile of the hotel. The centre of Paignton is less than a 10-minute walk away. Rowcroft Lodge is situated over 4 floors and does not have a lift. Single-sex groups are accepted, with special conditions applying.

High Beeches B and B- This peaceful, family-run Edwardian B&B with stunning views offers superb accommodation and personal service. It is an 8-minute bus ride (1.5 miles) from the city centre. High Beeches B &B is on the southern slopes of Bath, in an area of outstanding natural beauty with many walks and fine pubs. High Beeches is a few minutes' walk from Wansdyke and the ancient village of Southstoke. Both university campuses are close by. Enjoy views of Horsecombe Vale in the Midford Valley, and out towards Midford Castle. Each well-equipped room has an en suite shower and free Wi-Fi access. The B&B offers courtesy pick-up/drop-off to the railway or bus stations. Secure parking is available.

The Relish- Located in the fashionable West End, The Relish is Folkestones first contemporary, and only 5-star guest house accommodation. 10 rooms are furnished to the highest standard with sumptuous beds by Hypnos, and stunning en suite facilities including high pressure, invigorating showers. Plumpton Court- Dating back to the 17th century, Plumpton Court is a small, homely B&B with hotel-style services. Bull Lodge Guest House- We offer conveniently-located, comfortable accommodation, all non-smoking. A modern, detached, no-smoking guest house residence, built in the early 1980s, in a tree-lined side-street, a short walk from York's old centre, with private car parking and garaging for cycles and motorbikes. We are situated just off the main York to Hull road (a1079), close to York University and Business Science Park and the Barbican Leisure Centre. Quiet dogs are welcome by arrangement. The Lion Inn- An independent hotel with a continental feel, the Lion Inn has a stylish bar, an elegant bistro-style restaurant and spacious air-conditioned rooms flat-screen TVs and free wired internet. For many years, the Lion Inn was a traditional pub. Now, after a stylish yet sympathetic refurbishment, it has been transformed into a contemporary bistro and bar with luxurious en suite rooms. The Shellbrooke- Fully renovated in July 2007, this 4-star guest house offers free private parking and boutique accommodation, in a lovely location, in the heart of Hunstanton, just 2 minutes from the beach. Small and friendly, the Shellbrooke is conveniently situated only a 2-minute walk from the town centre, the bus station and all of the local attractions. There is plenty of free off-road car parking. The Shellbrooke underwent a total refurbishment and renovation in July 2007. The result is an absolutely beautiful luxury building, full of character. All of the rooms are tastefully furnished, with private bathrooms and modern furniture. Each room has a TV, DVD player, clock radio and tea/coffee making facilities. Some of the rooms also have breathtaking sea views. The well-stocked bar has a wide-screen LCD TV and guests can also enjoy drinks on the leather sofas in the comfortable lounge or outside on the terrace, which overlooks the beach and sea.

Boringdon Arms- Renowned for our real ales and homemade food, we are located in a quaint village on the south-west coastal path overlooking Plymouth and the Plym Estuary. We are a village pub offering bed and breakfast facilities with well-appointed rooms, and shared toilets and shower rooms. Most rooms have sea views. We are winners of the 'Plymouth Camra Pub of the Year 2006' award. We are 10 minutes' walk from Mount Batten Diving and Water Sports Centre, and within 2 miles of Staddon Heights golf course. Various beaches can be found within 20 miles.

Jo and Alan offer quality accommodation and excellent value for money. They are very happy to advise you on any walks and have maps to assist you. They can also book you on to tours and make dinner reservations for you at one of the many excellent restaurants in the surrounding area, or beyond. The house is situated opposite Ellerthwaite Park and is a gentle 20-minute walk from Lake Windermere itself.

Letchworth Guest House- Just across the road from Weymouth's golden sandy beach and only a short stroll along the esplanade from the town centre, the guest house offers comfortable accommodation and free parking. Bertram Lodge- Bertram Lodge is in a quiet, semi-residential part of Sandown, a short walk from attractions and amenities and is ideal for touring or relaxing. The lodge was built by an admiral in 1870, and later became a station master's house. It has retained many original features from its past, and offers guests an easy, relaxing atmosphere. There is an extensive breakfast menu featuring local produce where possible.

Oakley Hall Hotel- A grand 18th-century Georgian Manor House, Oakley Hall is set in a 315 acre estate in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, conveniently located 10 minutes from the M3. Dairy Guest House- The Dairy is a lovingly restored and upgraded Victorian town house, keeping its 19th-century character and original features. In central York, Dairy Guest House is less than 300 metres (300 yards) south of the medieval city walls. It is an easy stroll from York's many attractions and museums. Each individually styled room has a TV with DVD, hot-drink facilities, mineral water, hairdryer and alarm clock. You will also find toiletries and information folders. Some rooms have ceiling fans. Dairy Guest House was originally a family home and joinery business, built in 1890. It then became a dairy for many years, until being turned into a guest house in 1978.
