The Bat and Ball Inn- In a small, pretty village in the Oxfordshire countryside, just 8 miles (13 km) from Oxford city centre, this former coaching inn offers delicious food, real ales and a charming village atmosphere. Highbury Barn Restaurant and Rooms- Warm and welcoming, the Highbury Barn is close to the historic market town of Sudbury, which is off the banks of the River Stour, where Gainsborough once sat painting the stunning countryside.
