The current owners have run Midland for 13 years and offer their guests comfortable rooms, good food and a licensed bar with a large function room. Entertainment is available most nights. Most rooms can be accessed by lift.

Stifford Clays was built in the 18th century and has a mulberry tree that is hundreds of years old and is one of only 18 of its kind in the UK. Soldiers were accommodated here during the World Wars. Room are spread across the main building and an annexe. Most of the bedrooms have been newly refurbished and decorated to a high standard.
