The inn is set in the small Cotswold town of Chipping Campden, an area renowned for its natural beauty. It has a peaceful position within a few hundred yards of the town centre. It is located at the start of the Cotswold Way - a well known walk along the Cotswold Hill to Bath The inn was named The Volunteer in the mid 1800's because local men used to 'sign on' there for the volunteer armies. The staff aim to supply you with a quaint, comfortable room in a homely atmosphere, as well as forwarding local knowledge on the best places to visit.

Shalimar Hotel - BandB- A family-run bed and breakfast hotel with 46 en-suite rooms at competitive rates. The Shalimar Hotel is only 3 miles from Heathrow airport and is ideal for stop-overs and any business/leisure trip. All of the hotel's single, double, twin, triple/family and executive rooms are tastefully decorated. Some are located on a terrace to the back of the hotel overlooking our newly built conservatory and garden area. The hotel also has a delightful breakfast area which incorporates bar facilities (only open for private parties/functions)and leads to our newly built conservtory + garden with its water fountain and array of plants and shrubs. The Shalimar Hotel can also cater for up to 200 guests in its conference and banqueting facilities.

The Chequers- Our small, family-run, 4-star guest house is situated within easy reach of the beach, the town centre and all the other attractions that Great Yarmouth has to offer. We have a choice of single, double/twin rooms and family rooms. Rooms are equipped with a colour TV with Freeview, and tea/coffee making facilities rooms (replenished daily).
