Dr Syns Guest House- Just a short stroll away from the beach, this old-world-style guesthouse is set in Dymchurch, next to the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Steam Railway and only 15 minutes from the Eurotunnel. Named after Dr Syns, a mythical character created by actor and author Russel Thorndyke, the Dr Syns Guesthouse dates back to the 1700s, making it one of the oldest buildings in Dymchurch. It still boasts many of its original features, including wooden beams and traditional open fires. On request, Dr Syns can cater for special occasions and business events. Up to 35 people can be seated and up to 45 can be accommodated buffet-style.

Blades Hotel - BandB- This hotel has a great, central location near Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Westminster, and many more of the city's major landmarks, museums and shopping areas. Westbourne House- The Westbourne is a Victorian Town House situated in the leafy conservation area of Broomhill, Sheffield, close to the Universities, Halls of residence, hospitals, Botanical Gardens and the Peak District National Park. The Shellbrooke- Fully renovated in July 2007, this 4-star guest house offers free private parking and boutique accommodation, in a lovely location, in the heart of Hunstanton, just 2 minutes from the beach. Small and friendly, the Shellbrooke is conveniently situated only a 2-minute walk from the town centre, the bus station and all of the local attractions. There is plenty of free off-road car parking. The Shellbrooke underwent a total refurbishment and renovation in July 2007. The result is an absolutely beautiful luxury building, full of character. All of the rooms are tastefully furnished, with private bathrooms and modern furniture. Each room has a TV, DVD player, clock radio and tea/coffee making facilities. Some of the rooms also have breathtaking sea views. The well-stocked bar has a wide-screen LCD TV and guests can also enjoy drinks on the leather sofas in the comfortable lounge or outside on the terrace, which overlooks the beach and sea.

Maple Lodge- Maple Lodge has a friendly atmosphere and personal service. It is located on the edge of Clayton-le-Moors, 1.5 miles (2.4 km) from Accrington town centre. There are 8 en suite bedrooms, and each has free Wi-Fi, Freeview TV, a DVD player and many other facilities. The house was built in the early 1700s and retains many original features. Evening meals are available from Monday to Thursday, and there is a fully licensed bar for residents. The private car park has CCTV and there is room to store bicycles. Junction 7 of the M65 is only 0.5 miles (0.8 km) away, giving easy access to Blackburn, Burnley and the M6. Manchester is 25 miles (40.2 km) away. Skipton is a 20-minute drive away.
