Each is en suite and some have a whirlpool bath. From Springfield House you can easily reach Belfry Golf Course and Drayton Manor Park. The properties are located close to the main office on Silver Street. Each is in a quiet location. The leisure facilities are adjacent to our offices and can be booked for private use for a small fee. Leisure facilities include a private heated pool, a giant Scalextric track, a sauna and a gym. Parking is available on request at an additional cost.

The Fernside- For a pleasant break in a clean, convenient and friendly guest house, The Fernside in Sandown offers a good breakfast, free Wi-Fi and en suite rooms with digital Freeview The privately owned guest house is a short walk from the beach, town centre and train station. It has a fully licensed bar that serves a small range of bar snacks.

Rashleigh Arms- This delightful inn offers en suite accommodation, all recently refurbished to a high standard, some with sea views. With an ever-changing specials board and a carvery that is served every lunchtime, you will find it hard to make a decision. Rashleigh Arms is situated close to the bustling town of St. Austell and within easy reach of many premier attractions including the Eden Project and local brewery.

The Bath Hotel- The comfortable and convenient Bath Hotel is near Reading town centre and just 5 minutes from the M4. The Oracle shopping mall in the city centre is a 15-minute walk away, and Heathrow Airport is a 35-minute drive away. A regular bus service passes the hotel. Bath Hotel offers en suite rooms, ample free parking and free internet access in public areas. There is no lift at this hotel. The hotel was built in 1892, and parts have been renovated recently. It is well-placed for sporting venues, including football, rugby and horse racing.

Up to 20 cars can be accommodated in the CCTV-monitored car park.

Sculthorpe Mill- The Sculthorpe Mill is a charming 18th century mill set in beautiful gardens. A non-smoking restaurant and cosy bar areas offer a bar or ? la carte menu, as well as a choice of wines and real ale. The Sculthorpe Mill is surrounded by Norfolk countryside, with the cascading River Wensum viewed from every window. Six newly refurbished en-suite guestrooms all with river views, a non-smoking restaurant and cosy bar areas complete the picture. The hotel does not have a lift.

The Abbey- This quality B&B hotel in central Cheltenham is located beside the pretty Sandford Park, amid a conservation area. It is well run by friendly, unstuffy owners and has free Wi-Fi. Cornish Arms- On the A390, just a few miles east of St Austell and a mile south of the Eden Project, this charming, traditional former coaching inn today offers free Wi-Fi and free parking. Originally built as a coaching inn, the Cornish Arms is now a cosy, traditional pub offering comfortable, homely accommodation in the centre of the village of St Blazey, adjacent to the parish of St Blaize. Situated on the A390, this traditional inn offers easy access to the region's major roads, making it a convenient base from which to explore the region. Free private parking is available for guests.
