Victor Hotel - BandB- The Victor Hotel is a small and idyllic family-run hotel situated in the heart of Victoria. When visiting London, location is everything and the Victor Hotel offers easy access to major tourist attractions. The hotel offers a range of tastefully funished and affordable rooms of varying facilities and sizes. Please be aware that the hotel has no lift.

Railway Inn- The welcoming Railway Inn provides good value bed and breakfast accommodation, with free Wi-Fi. Culham rail station is adjacent, offering excellent access to central London. All of the en suite rooms have a TV and comfortable beds. An inclusive full English breakfast is available. The stylish restaurant at the Railway Inn serves traditional English food in a cosy setting and the bar has real ales. The new hosts are friendly and efficient. This traditional pub and inn offers entertainment in the games room and an attractive garden. There is ample free parking.

The Minadab Cottage- With spectacular views over Labrador Bay, this exclusive thatched cottage dates back to the 1820s and has 3 stylish, individually decorated rooms. Minadab Cottage in Teignmouth is a tranquil retreat and has been a coastal landmark for the past 200 years. The cottage is 9 miles (14.5 km) from Exeter, 6 miles (9.7 km) from Dartmoor and 5 miles (8 km) from Torquay and Newton Abbott. The original cottage was supposedly built in the shape of a boat, with rooms 'fore and aft' and a rope ladder joining the ground floor to the upper deck - now replaced with modern stairs! Today it has been transformed into a delightful B&B by its owners. Unfortunately, due to the rooms, Minadab Cottage is unable to accommodate very young children.

Oakley Hall Hotel- A grand 18th-century Georgian Manor House, Oakley Hall is set in a 315 acre estate in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, conveniently located 10 minutes from the M3. The elegant Winchester Restaurant is a comfortable place to dine, using locally sourced produce. Guests may also relax on the large terrace for afternoon tea. There is an impressive walnut-panelled library overlooking the lawns and barbecue facilities. Courtyard rooms are available, along with a garden cottage. The Courtyard accommodation is furnished with a 32-inch Freeview LCD TV, DVD player and complimentary high speed wireless internet access. All bedrooms are individually designed, with contemporary facilities. Some rooms have a private terrace overlooking the landscaped gardens. The White Company toiletries are included in the en suite.

Sportsmans Arms Hotel- Just 300 metres from the A38 road, very near Menheniot Rail Station, this traditional pub has a large car park, gardens and comfortable en suite rooms (full English breakfast included). The bar at the Sportsmans Arms offers a range of beers, lagers and local ales, with Sky Sports TV channels. Bedrooms include flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and DVD player. The Sportsmans Arms is well placed for exploring Cornwall. Looe and Polperro are only 5 miles (8 km) away, with the Eden project around a 30-minute drive. Looe and Polperro offer many restaurants, and the Sportsmans Arms can recommend an excellent Italian/English restaurant at the end of the road.

Gleneagles is a Grade II listed building, which has now been completely refurbished, restoring it to its former glory. The hotel's coffee house and residents' bar is a comfortable place to enjoy the view and relax with the papers. A full range of coffee and tea is served with cakes, light savoury lunches or snacks. Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, the Gleneagles hotel does not have a lift.

California Hotel- Conveniently situated, California Hotel offers good value accommodation and is a brief walk from Kings Cross and St Pancras International train stations, with good access to the London Underground service. California Hotel offers guests an inclusive full English breakfast and guests may relax in the comfortable lounge area or sun terrace. There is good access to the Eurostar at St Pancras International Station nearby.

Parklands- Parklands is in a beautiful tree-lined residential area of North Oxford, and within 15 minutes' walk of the city centre. It has free Wi-Fi access throughout. A full English or a vegetarian breakfast is included in the price. Parklands also has a licensed bar, a comfortable guest lounge and a private walled garden.

Farncombe Estate Centre- Farncombe Estate Centre is located in 300 acres of private Cotswold parkland between Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon and Oxford. Farncombe offers varied weekend leisure-courses and programmes on-site, but also has en suite bedrooms, dining facilities and a licensed bar. There is ample free parking. There is direct rail access from London Paddington to Moreton in Marsh station, or you can access the centre by road from the M5, M42 and M40.

The Royal Bridlington- 4 Star Guest Accommodation, 18 en suite bedroom, located in the beautiful South Beach area. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, colour tv, dvd players in family rooms, cd radio alarm clock and most have a sea view. On the ground floor, there is a spacious dining area with a large dance floor and fully licensed bar, lounge with large plasma TV, enclosed garden and private parking for 7 cars plus more free parking on the road. Holmlea Guest House- Holmlea Guest House has clean, cosy en suite rooms, free parking and free Wi-Fi, just 400 metres from the city walls. The Crown Inn- The newly refurbished Crown Inn has 7 brand new en-suite bedrooms, a bar and restaurant with a'la carte menu. The Crown overlooks beautiful Chislehurst Common. If you enjoy walking, then Chislehurst is on one of the Green Chain routes from Mottingham Lane to Beckenham Park (4 1/2 miles). The Crown is very close to the well known Chislehurst Caves which extend for nearly 20 miles and date back over 4,000 years. The caves became more widely known after their use during the Second World War as an air raid shelter, not only for the locals but for over 10,000 Londoners who travelled to the caves each night by special train. It was so well organised that people could pay 1d per night for a bunk and there was also a cinema, church and hospital for them to use during their time underground. The caves are thought to be entirely man made and were created during three periods of time by our ancestors - well worth a visit. The Crown Inn has 7 guest rooms, all of which are non-smoking.

Thorpe Lodge Hotel- The Thorpe Lodge Hotel has become a relaxing, well-appointed sanctuary for business and leisure travellers. The hotel is situated in the heart of Peterborough city centre and has an on-site restaurant and bar. The building dates back to around 1890 and is situated near to the station and within a few minutes of the leisure and shopping amenities. The owners take pride in giving friendly and efficient service to all guests and are always available to provide local information. All of our comfortable rooms are en-suite and have a TV, tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers. For our business guests, we have a conference room with a range of visual aids seating up to 40 delegates. We also have t an on-site restaurant called the Meadows, which seats up to 40.

The Bickley Mill- Enjoy the friendly atmosphere of this family owned free house in comfortable surroundings. The Bickley Mill is situated in the beautiful wooded valley of Stoneycombe, conveniently located 15 minutes from Newton Abbot, Paignton and Torquay. Bay Lodge - BandB- Situated on Eastbourne's seafront, this friendly, traditional family-run guest house has views of the sea, the beach, the Pavilion Tea Gardens and the Redoubt Fortress Military Museum. The Bay Lodge B&B offers clean and comfortable accommodation. There are 10 rooms, all with en suite facilities with either a bath or a shower. A full English breakfast with fruit and cereal is served each morning and is included in the price. There is a licensed honesty bar with Sky satellite TV and a sun lounge, where guests can relax. There is a private car park at the rear of the building with 6 spaces available for guests use. Parking is also available, free of charge, on the roads at the sides and rear of the property. Please note that the Bay Lodge does not have disabled access and there are 2 flights of stairs to reach some of the rooms. There are also no facilities for smokers.

The Croft Guest House- A late Victorian town house built by a local builder in 1881, the guest house is ideally situated just a 5-minute walk away from the town centre and close to all amenities.
