Harmony Hotel offers the best of both worlds. Small and quiet, there's also free top-class entertainment at the larger hotel next door, where there is also an indoor swimming pool (at an additional cost). Harmony is a flat 10-minute walk from the seafront, Riviera Leisure / Conference Centre, Princess Theatre, Torre Abbey and the town centre. Choosing to stay at Harmony also makes a fantastic base for exploring the rest of Devon and Cornwall.

Just off the main A11 road to Norwich and North Norfolk, yet close to Bury St Edmunds and picturesque Suffolk villages, Thetford is an ideal base for exploring East Anglia. Wereham House offers free off-road car parking, a town centre location and comfortable surroundings and a garden to enjoy and relax in.

Rossmore Hotel- Located 5 minutes from the M11 and A406, and 25 minutes from London, this hotel offers a comfortable night's sleep and is a good base for visiting London and its attractions. The Rossmore is opposite Valentine's Park and 5 minutes from Ilford Rail Station and Gants Hill /Redbridge Underground stations on the Central Line. The West End is easily accessible by Underground. A local bus stop is right outside the hotel. Rossmore Hotel can provide everything you need, whether you are on the road for business or enjoying a family break. It is one of the largest hotels in Ilford and has recently been updated. The friendly and professional staff provide good hospitality and are on-call to help with any needs.

Springfield House- This 4-star (Visit Britain) guest house is a Georgian Listed building with free Wi-Fi and free parking, well placed for Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham Airport and business parks. Springfield House is a private guest house offering friendly and efficient service. All rooms mix modern comforts such as LCD TV (Freeview) with the feel of an 18th-century building. Each is en suite and some have a whirlpool bath. From Springfield House you can easily reach Belfry Golf Course and Drayton Manor Park. Birmingham International Rail Station and Coleshill Parkway Rail Station are around 2 miles (3.2 km) away. Springfield House is entirely non-smoking, except for the garden areas. Cots cannot be provided, but you can bring your own.

Eurobar Cafe and Hotel - BandB- Set in Oxford's historic city centre, next to the bus station and 5-minutes' walk from the train station, this small hotel is ideally located close to University colleges, theatres and shops. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a lift.

Fountains Guest Accommodation- The Fountains is a Victorian House built in 1891 and is situated in the ideal position for both tourist's and business visitors to the area 5 mins from town. The Fountains is a 4 Star Guest Accommodation establishment which offers 10 individual styled bedrooms all of which are en-suite. We are a family run business and can assure you of a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere during your stay with us. We have a non smoking policy through out the building for the safety and comfort of our guests.

Avalon House Licensed Guest House- Avalon House offers standard en suite accommodation, free Wi-Fi, free parking and a good location, just one mile (1.6 km) from St Albans Railway Station. On the main London Road, Avalon House is near the centre of St Albans and well-connected to London Colney. It also offers good access to the M25, M1, A1 and the M10 to Hemel Hempstead. Each room is en suite and has a TV. Some rooms have a DVD player. Guests can purchase a day pass for the health club at a nearby hotel. A residents' lounge/bar is available. Business services, a microwave and a fridge are available on request. Takeaway menus are at reception, as are flyers for the region's top nightclub, Batchwood Hall, which is a 10-minute drive away. No longer a hotel, Avalon House Licensed Guest House is now a bed and breakfast and is being refurbished throughout 2009. Stag and hen parties and contractors are welcome.

Little Court- Little Court is a delightful Edwardian Country House in the Lutyens style with fabulous gardens. The accommodation designed for business and leisure travellers combines high standards with excellent value. The guest accommodation, situated in one wing of the house has its own guest entrance a very comfortable lounge with log fire and complimentary sherry. The whole house is non-smoking for the comfort of our guests. Each morning we prepare breakfast using only the best produce from our own walled garden and from local farms. We do not offer evening meals but there is an excellent pub a short walk away which serves good food and of course Dorchester with its many restaurants is only one mile away.

Ashby's Gastropub and Boutique Hotel- Close to the seafront in the heart of Southsea, this recently refurbished boutique hotel offers beautiful rooms with modern comforts such as free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. Ashby's rooms feature full hospitality trays and complimentary toiletries. The chic restaurant and dining room offer freshly prepared dishes made using produce sourced from local suppliers. Lunchtime and evening special deals are available all year, and a traditional English breakfast is available in the morning. Ashbys is close to all that Portsmouth and Southsea have to offer, including Portsmouth's historic dockyard, Gunwharf Quays shopping centre and Fratton Park football stadium. Good access to public transport means that any part of the city is within easy reach.

Lots of golf courses are only several miles away from Sedgefield, and Sedgefield Racecourse is only 5 miles away.

Blue Bells Hotel- This 18th-century Victorian building has a superb central location in Notting Hill. The famous Portobello Road and market are just 5 minutes away. Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus and High Street Kensington are 10 minutes from the hotel, and Hyde Park and Holland Park are within easy walking distance. The Blue Bells has good transport links to the major airports and train stations. There are plenty of buses to the very heart of central London and the West End. Notting Hill Gate London Underground Station is less than 5 minutes' walk away. Please note that the hotel does not have a lift.

The Parks ( Guest Accommodation )- This small, family-run guest house is 500 metres from the seafront and a 300-metre level walk from Torquay train station and the English Riviera Conference Centre. The non-smoking, licensed guest house is situated next to parkland in the heart of the English Riviera. It is a 2-minute walk from Torre Abbey and Gardens, and a 10-minute scenic walk from the marina and town centre. There is ample parking, an outdoor heated swimming pool and a bar. The Parks is pet-friendly and has disabled access. Each room has an en suite bathroom and many rooms are family-size.

Belforte House- This private accommodation has a personal, friendly approach and offers refurbished bedrooms with free Wi-Fi and a drinks tray. It is a short walk from Sale town centre. Belforte House is directly opposite Sale Leisure Centre and is convenient for the M60 motorway and Sale Metrolink Station.
