Waratah Lodge- On Hayling Island, a popular holiday destination, this family-run bed and breakfast is close to the sea, water sports and historic sites. The Shellbrooke- Fully renovated in July 2007, this 4-star guest house offers free private parking and boutique accommodation, in a lovely location, in the heart of Hunstanton, just 2 minutes from the beach. Small and friendly, the Shellbrooke is conveniently situated only a 2-minute walk from the town centre, the bus station and all of the local attractions. There is plenty of free off-road car parking. The Shellbrooke underwent a total refurbishment and renovation in July 2007. The result is an absolutely beautiful luxury building, full of character. All of the rooms are tastefully furnished, with private bathrooms and modern furniture. Each room has a TV, DVD player, clock radio and tea/coffee making facilities. Some of the rooms also have breathtaking sea views. The well-stocked bar has a wide-screen LCD TV and guests can also enjoy drinks on the leather sofas in the comfortable lounge or outside on the terrace, which overlooks the beach and sea.

Abingdon House- A short, level walk from Torquay's seafront and the shops, bars and restaurants, this charming bed and breakfast offers a warm welcome, tasty English breakfasts and free parking and internet. There is a fine selection of restaurants all within a few minutes walk of Chimneys, including 4 pubs and 6 restaurants as well as 3 take-aways. Whether you are looking for a relaxing break in this beautiful part of England or simply needing to be near Stansted Airport, we are sure you will enjoy your stay. Unfortunately the hotel has no lift.

Alvera Court- Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday visitors and conference delegates to our attractive, friendly and comfortable totally non-smoking home. We are small, privately owned and run by ourselves, offering twelve individually decorated bedrooms. Visit Britain Four Star guest accomodation, centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a town house with stairs to all levels. Sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom. We have our own private car park next to the hotel, and look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Access at all times once checked in. We do not serve dinner now as there are more than seventy restaurants a five minute walk from us into town. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available.

The existing building can be traced back to 1806, and a public house is recorded as existing on the site in 1700.
