The Feathers Hotel- In the small Norfolk village of Dersingham, only a mile (1.6 km) from the Royal Sandringham Estate, this former coaching inn offers en suite rooms, free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and 3 bars. Built from local carrstone, the Feathers Hotel is steeped in royal history. In 1882, the hotel was purchased as part of the Sandringham estate for Albert Edward, Prince of Wales. The rooms are individually decorated in a simple country house style and each has a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel's main Sandringham bar has a large open fire and leads out onto a heated patio and 2 large gardens. The first garden has plenty of seating and a children's play area. The second garden has a pond and offers a quiet relaxed environment for adults. The Saddle bar is used for events, such as quiz nights and the Stable Tap shows live sporting events on television. Lloyds Hotel- The Lloyds Hotel is newly refurbished, superbly located near the town center, the Award wininig golden beach and the bic. Our Hotel is enjoyed by both the business and leisure guests. Embankment Hotel- The Embankment Hotel is in a beautiful location beside the River Ouse. Only a few minutes' walk from the town centre, this riverside setting overlooks quiet gardens and a Victorian bridge. The Embankment has a friendly pub and a dining area with a view of the Ouse. Beaumont House- On a quiet tree-lined road overlooking Wellesley Park, Beaumont House has received a 4-star Silver Award for providing excellent accommodation combined with personal service. The Clifton- This family-run guest house is situated on Morecambe's west promenade, overlooking the splendid West End Gardens and Morecambe Bay, with the mountains of the Lake District on the horizon. The Clifton is not far from the stunning natural beauty of the Lake District. Many of the region's big cities are also within easy reach and free private parking is available for guests' use. There is a lift service to most floors and the guest house has a ramp to the entrance for wheelchair users. The Old Railway Station- Formerly Petworth Railway Station, built in 1894 - now the perfect place to relax in colonial splendour. The guest rooms are all double, en-suite. There are 2 rooms in the Station House, the remaining guest rooms are in our fully restored Edwardian Pullman railway carriages. The magnificent guest lounge was formerly the waiting room and has a 20 foot vaulted ceiling. It leads out onto the platform which is a popular summer venue for breakfast. The dining area backs onto the station master's and ticket office, now the station kitchen, and features the original ticket windows. In winter, breakfast is served, accompanied by a roaring log fire, in the booking hall.
