Somerville House- This Victorian villa, dating from 1895, rests in a peaceful, tree lined residential area within the picturesque Hereford countryside. The Crown Inn- The newly refurbished Crown Inn has 7 brand new en-suite bedrooms, a bar and restaurant with a'la carte menu. The Crown overlooks beautiful Chislehurst Common. If you enjoy walking, then Chislehurst is on one of the Green Chain routes from Mottingham Lane to Beckenham Park (4 1/2 miles). The Crown is very close to the well known Chislehurst Caves which extend for nearly 20 miles and date back over 4,000 years. The caves became more widely known after their use during the Second World War as an air raid shelter, not only for the locals but for over 10,000 Londoners who travelled to the caves each night by special train. It was so well organised that people could pay 1d per night for a bunk and there was also a cinema, church and hospital for them to use during their time underground. The caves are thought to be entirely man made and were created during three periods of time by our ancestors - well worth a visit. The Crown Inn has 7 guest rooms, all of which are non-smoking.

Somerset House BandB- Somerset House is in the town centre, 10 minutes' walk from the railway station. With free Wi-Fi, all rooms are en suite and there is a licensed bar and bistro open until 22:00 every day. Families with children of all ages are welcome. Somerset House is also suitable for pets. You can also bring your bike to Somerset House, which is on the W2W Route 20 cycle route. Somerset House is close to all the amenities of Grange-over-Sands. The nearby railway station has direct links to Manchester Airport.

Springfield House- This 4-star (Visit Britain) guest house is a Georgian Listed building with free Wi-Fi and free parking, well placed for Birmingham's National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham Airport and business parks. Springfield House is a private guest house offering friendly and efficient service. All rooms mix modern comforts such as LCD TV (Freeview) with the feel of an 18th-century building. Each is en suite and some have a whirlpool bath. From Springfield House you can easily reach Belfry Golf Course and Drayton Manor Park. Birmingham International Rail Station and Coleshill Parkway Rail Station are around 2 miles (3.2 km) away. Springfield House is entirely non-smoking, except for the garden areas. Cots cannot be provided, but you can bring your own.

Park View Guest House- Park View is a Victorian guest house in historic Cheadle, offering free Wi-Fi and good value accommodation. Alton Towers is just a 10-minute drive away. Cornerstone BandB- This attractive Grade II listed property in Ashford town centre is within walking distance of the Eurostar International station. Cornerstone is ideal for exploring the delights of the Kent countryside and for making trips to Europe. The Channel Tunnel is only a 20-minute drive away and the Port of Dover is 35 minutes' away. All types of travellers can make the most of the affordable rates at this friendly bed and breakfast establishment.

Stanley House- Stanley House is a Lake District B&B with en suite bedrooms with stunning views of the fells, gardens and rivers. Located in Eskdale, the B&B is ideal for walkers and is a few miles from Wastwater, England's deepest lake. The Ravenglass & Eskdale railway stops at Beckfoot, the local station. Each comfortable room comes with a TV, DVD player with DVD library, and free Wi-Fi. There are 2 ground-floor sitting rooms, one with a wood stove and sofas to laze on, the other with a TV and PlayStation for the children. Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the gardens and 2 rivers.

Haisthorpe House- Haisthorpe offers quality bed-and-breakfast accommodation in a quiet, central area of Windermere, ideal for the village and the local fells. Haisthorpe is a few minutes' walk from Windemere village centre and local restaurants. Lake Windermere's shore and the shops at Bowness are a 15-minute stroll down the hill. Orrest Head (0.9 miles/1.5 km) has a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding lakes and hills. The family-run guest house offers free membership at a leisure complex during your stay. Public transport runs regularly from Ellerthwaite Square at the end of the road. Each tasteful bedroom has a hospitality tray with Fairtrade items and free toiletries in the en suite shower rooms. English breakfast is included in the room rate. Private parking is available at the rear.

The Barn Annexe- Situated in private, secluded grounds spread across 2 acres, The Barn Annexe is just 10 minutes drive from Stansted Airport and 2 miles from Bishop Stortford Train Station. All rooms are comfortable and spacious, with an en suite and power shower. The accommodation is well equipped with modern facilities, including a fridge, TV and DVD player. Toiletries and towels are provided. The Barn Annexe has good access to London, Cambridge, Bishop's Stortford and Harlow. Free transfers can be arranged to Stansted airport during fixed hours. An excellent village pub is nearby, serving lunch and dinner and there is a golf course a short drive away from the annexe.

The Park Hotel- We are situated just ten minutes from Newcastle town centre and located directly over looking the beautiful Northumberland coastline. We have fifty-five bedrooms, forty-eight of which have full sea views, allowing the real splendour of the sea to add pleasure to any business trip or alternatively make for a terrific family holiday. The hotel was built in 1938 and is steeped in a traditional old feel; staff are always friendly making customers feel welcome. The hotel also has space for 200 cars.

The York Hotel- The York Hotel is a contemporary cafe bar with 7 delightful en suite bedrooms. The hotel benefits from free car parking, home-cooked meals and friendly staff. The York Hotel has a bar and disco open until 01:00 on Thursdays, and until 03:00 on Friday and Saturday.

Prime Lodge- Prime Lodge has free parking and rooms with DVD players, 5 minutes' drive from the M6 (junction 6) and Birmingham city centre, a short walk from Duddeston Rail Station.

Parkview Guesthouse- This small family-run guest house is situated within 25 minutes walk of the main city and commercial areas of Cambridge, as well as Addenbrooke's Hospital and the Grafton Centre. While some hotels and guest houses charge for internet access, Parkview Guesthouse now offers free wireless internet access to all its guests. Freeview TV is also offered with the choice of over 30 TV channels and 20 radio stations. Situated opposite Vinery Road Park and in a very quiet position away from the main road, this guest house offers an excellent location; peaceful yet within reach of the city centre and the main places of interest.

Dalescroft- Originally built in 1908 for managers of the nearby Rowntree's chocolate factory, the centrally located, friendly Dalescroft has a 3-star rating from the AA. Dalescroft offers bed and breakfast accommodation, each morning serving a full English breakfast in a charming building. Within walking distance of York's historic city centre, Dalescroft is located in the quiet Bishopthorpe Road area of York, just 400 yards (360 metres) from the medieval city walls. Park you car for free and take a pleasant 10-minute stroll along the river into the city. Dalescroft's quiet, but convenient location means that the railway station, racecourse and all of the York's amenities are within walking distance.

Higher Faugan Parc- In a secluded location high above the Cornish village of Newlyn, this beautiful property offers boutique-style accommodation. Higher Faugan Parc was built in 1904 as a private house and has undergone extensive refurbishment. It is set in 10 acres with a large lawn for guest use. Formerly the family home of artists Stanhope and Elizabeth Forbes (founder of the Newlyn School of Art), Higher Faugan has 7 rooms, including 4 luxurious suites. All have an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. Each suite has a studio kitchen/dining area. Higher Faugan Parc is within easy reach of Lands End and St Ives. The Jessop Townhouse - Bed and Breakfast- In the heart of Tewkesbury, close to Tewkesbury Abbey, this Grade II listed Georgian building has a private car park, private courtyard and king-size/super-king-size beds. The Jessop Townhouse (formerly Jessop House Hotel) is privately run and offers a very high level of hospitality. Retaining most of its original features, here you can enjoy a town centre location. Sample the licensed bar and enjoy Freeview in all rooms. Wireless internet access is also available. Each morning you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast menu, with a wide range of selections.

Trevilla- Close to Newquay's beaches, town centre, clubs and bars, this family-run bed and breakfast is the ideal destination for both relaxing breaks and active holidays. Situated 2 minutes away from the train station and a short walk from the bus station, the Trevilla is also within easy reach of a number of attractions, including Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, Pitch & Putt and Trenance Gardens, with its boating lake.

The Gleneagles Hotel- Overlooking the beautiful cliff gardens and with panoramic sea views, the Gleneagles offers 4-star guest accommodation within Southend's tranquil conservation area. Gleneagles is a Grade II listed building, which has now been completely refurbished, restoring it to its former glory. The location is perfect for both business and holiday travellers, with the town, transport links, theatres, quality restaurants and the pier/sea front all just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel's coffee house and residents' bar is a comfortable place to enjoy the view and relax with the papers. A full range of coffee and tea is served with cakes, light savoury lunches or snacks. Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, the Gleneagles hotel does not have a lift.

Wellington House- This Edwardian guest house is an easy walk from the seafront, the harbour side and town centre. Rooms are recently refurbished with new beds, en suite showers and digital TVs. Wellington House has been run by the same family for nearly 25 years and has lovely views. It is located on a bus route and within 5 minutes of 2 railway stations. Ample off-street parking is available. A hearty breakfast at Wellington House can feature Cornish, free-range or Fairtrade produce, and real porridge.

South Winchester Lodges- Set in the beautiful grounds of South Winchester Golf Course, South Winchester Lodges provide luxurious, 5-star Norwegian log cabins, 2 miles (3.2 km) from Winchester city centre. Surrounded by beautiful woodland, South Winchester Lodges offer a range of authentic Norwegian Lodges, with 2 or 3 bedrooms. Some of the lodges have a luxurious hot tub on the balcony. Bank House Coldstream- With fabulous views of the River Tweed, this accommodation close to the English/Scottish border is 45 minutes from the Edinburgh bypass. With a great location for visiting Edinburgh or the Borders, Bank House is 15 minutes from the train station and is close to bus routes. Some rooms have facilities suitable for longer stays for families or couples.

We provide free car parking for our guests and are close to all the amenities in Torquay. Fairways really allows you to explore the whole of Torbay to the full.
