Lynton Guest House- A comfy, family-run guest house in the heart of Newquay, with great food, warm hospitality and outstanding sea views of the North Cornish Coast. Lynton Guest House overlooks the Killacourt, an open, grassy area by Towan Beach. You can see the coastline stretching to Trevose Head near Padstow, 12 miles away. The guest house has a '3-star guest house' rating from Visit Britain. A 2-night minimum stay is required. Only weekly bookings (from Saturday to Saturday) are taken between 1 July and 7 September. Short breaks are available in the early and late seasons.

Sculthorpe Mill- The Sculthorpe Mill is a charming 18th century mill set in beautiful gardens. A non-smoking restaurant and cosy bar areas offer a bar or ? la carte menu, as well as a choice of wines and real ale. The Sculthorpe Mill is surrounded by Norfolk countryside, with the cascading River Wensum viewed from every window. Six newly refurbished en-suite guestrooms all with river views, a non-smoking restaurant and cosy bar areas complete the picture. The hotel does not have a lift.

Granby House- Just a short walk from the heart of historic York, this attractive Victorian terraced house offers en suite accommodation, free parking and a quiet yet convenient location, just off the main road. Granby House is just over half a mile (800 m) from York's historic city walls and York Minster is only a mile (1.6 km) away. York Railway Station is 0.7 miles (1.1 km) away. York Racecourse is less than a mile (1.6 km) away and is as pleasant for a scenic walk as it is for the races. All of the en suite rooms are clean and comfortable with full central heating, TVs, tea/coffee, radio alarm clocks and hairdryers. For those who find stairs difficult, there are two rooms on the ground floor. A full, traditional cooked English breakfast is available every day. Granby House is a privately run guest house and prides itself on providing a warm friendly atmosphere, efficient service and comfortable surroundings.

Suddaby's Crown Hotel - BandB- This eight bedroom old coaching inn providing bed & breakfast accommodation, has been run by the Suddaby family since 1871. A small friendly bed & breakfast with very long-standing horse racing and brewing connections. Seven real ales are always available in the main bar, which has a welcoming fire and good conversation. The pub has been included in the Good Beer Guide for over 21 consecutive years and we have also been voted Camra'a Rural Pub of the Year for seven out of the past eight years. We opened Malt'on hops, our specialist bottled beer and wine shop in 2005 to showcase to our own award-winning beers and many more micro-breweries' beers. Our wine is top quality and the range increases on an ongoing basis.

Andover House- Andover House is a restaurant with rooms, exclusively for adults. It stands on a beautiful tree-lined avenue, a moment's walk from the beach and the tourist centre of Great Yarmouth. The house was transformed in May 2008, and its lovely bedrooms and fine-dining restaurant blend traditional and luxurious modern designs. The en suite bedrooms have plasma TVs, tea/coffee-making facilities and lovely furnishings. The beautiful, family-run Victorian house was recently awarded 'Guest Accommodation of the Year' and 'Investment in Tourism' at the GYTA Awards. The lounge, wine bar and restaurant were awarded an AA Rosette. Your choice from the cooked breakfast menu is included in the room rate.

The Royal Albion- Looking out to sea over Broadstairs' Viking Bay, the Royal Albion has a magnificent location, on the seafront, yet also close to the heart of the town. The Royal Albion was originally built in 1760 and Charles Dickens was a regular visitor. The famous Bleak House, Dickens' home in Broadstairs, is within sight. The rear gardens lead out onto the town's seafront promenade, with direct access to the sandy beaches. All of the 21 rooms are en suite and each room has Sky TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Each room has a view of the historic town or of the bay. Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available in the entire hotel at an additional cost. A generous and tasty full English breakfast is included in the price.

The White Horse Inn- Set in the heart of the Garden of England, and surrounded by orchards and hop gardens, this former coaching inn is a traditional pub with a contemporary twist. Mentioned in Chaucer's Canterbury Tales, the pub has a long tradition of warm and friendly hospitality. Today, you can enjoy the authentic atmosphere of a historic inn at the same time as relaxing in comfort and enjoying the excellent food, wines, beers and service. Midway between Faversham and Canterbury, there is a wealth of things to see and do in the area. Mount Ephraim Gardens, for example, are just a short walk away and Boughton Golf Club is nearby.

The Old Ginn House Inn- In the small village of Great Clifton, on the west coast of the Cumbrian Lake District, this charming inn was converted from a 17th-century farmstead and offers comfortable, characteristic accommodation. The Old Ginn House has a cosy lounge where you can relax with comfy sofas and chairs, television and a choice of books and magazines. For the warmer months, there is a patio in the courtyard. Meals are served in the Mediterranean-style dining areas, while the Ginn Room offers a well-stocked bar. Red Mullions Guest House- Red Mullions is a welcoming family-run guest house in Headington, Oxford, excellently located for the many hospitals in Headington and the Oxford Brookes University, 10-minutes from central Oxford. Shalimar Hotel - BandB- A family-run bed and breakfast hotel with 46 en-suite rooms at competitive rates. The Shalimar Hotel is only 3 miles from Heathrow airport and is ideal for stop-overs and any business/leisure trip. Some are located on a terrace to the back of the hotel overlooking our newly built conservatory and garden area. The hotel also has a delightful breakfast area which incorporates bar facilities (only open for private parties/functions)and leads to our newly built conservtory + garden with its water fountain and array of plants and shrubs. The Shalimar Hotel can also cater for up to 200 guests in its conference and banqueting facilities.
