The Grade II listed building is walking distance of local amenities. Desborough has a leisure centre, shops and a small weekly market. Each room at The Oak Tree has an en suite bath or shower, a colour TV and tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast and evening meals are available at an additional cost.

Sandford House Hotel- Warm, friendly, smoke free and informal; our aim at this small, family hotel is to provide a homely, tasteful environment with high standards in food and cleanliness. Sandford House Hotel is located close to the Severn with its fine riverside walks, yet is within a few minutes' walk of the town centre.
