Highfield Farm Guest House- This delightful farmhouse rests in quiet farmland close to the motorway network, an ideal location for Hams Hall, the NEC and famous Belfry golf course. Managed by owners David and Janet Petch, and now firmly established in Curdworth Sutton Coldfield as an oasis of comfort, this is a traditional styled guest house. Highfield Farm facilities include a guest lounge with digital and Sky TV, a games room with full sized snooker table and an outdoor swimming pool (summer use only). We are situated close to clean sandy beaches, scenic coastal cliff-top walks and the picturesque Shanklin Old Village. If you are arriving on foot, Shanklin railway station is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The Harley- Next to Sheffield University and the city's hospitals, just 5 minutes from the city centre, this small hotel has a lively bar and comfortable rooms. All of the en suite rooms at The Harley are simple, yet well appointed, with tea/coffee making facilities. A full English breakfast is included in the rate. The Harley has a busy bar downstairs, which can get noisy, and has club nights at the weekend (the hotel does provide earplugs). Late check-outs, until 13:00, are available at weekends for those who are here to party! Please note that check-in on Saturday and Sunday is from 15:00 (not 14:00).

Little Court- Little Court is a delightful Edwardian Country House in the Lutyens style with fabulous gardens. The accommodation designed for business and leisure travellers combines high standards with excellent value. The guest accommodation, situated in one wing of the house has its own guest entrance a very comfortable lounge with log fire and complimentary sherry. The whole house is non-smoking for the comfort of our guests. Each morning we prepare breakfast using only the best produce from our own walled garden and from local farms. We do not offer evening meals but there is an excellent pub a short walk away which serves good food and of course Dorchester with its many restaurants is only one mile away.
