Anand Lodge- Anand Lodge offers basic accommodation located off the A21, a 5-minute drive from Pembury Hospital and a 10-minute drive from the centre of Tunbridge Wells. There are many amenities within walking distance, including shops and takeaways. Valley Park is about a 5-minute drive away and has entertainment and restaurants.

Langton House- This beautiful Victorian house in central Windsor is a 5-minute walk from the town centre and Windsor Castle. Legoland is a 5-minute drive away. Windsor has 2 train stations and is a short drive from the M4 and M25. Heathrow Airport is not far away.

Carleton House- This Victorian property has undergone recent refurbishment to restore its original features and provide modern, luxury surroundings and quality service. Carleton House is in a quiet, central location perfect for a relaxing weekend retreat; for an event; a conference at the nearby Floral Hall; or for Southport's great golf courses.

The Gables- This small, cosy, family-run guest house has a quiet location close to the conference centre, the main exhibition halls and local amenities. The Gables offers a high level of comfort and cleanliness just 5 minutes' walk from the town centre. A short walk away are the beautiful Valley Gardens of Harrogate, the famous Pump Room Museum and the marvellous Betty's Tea Rooms. Dinner can be arranged at a local Teppanyaki restaurant, only few minutes' walk away. A range of cuisines is available.

House of Agnes- An inn since the 13th century, this beautiful building offers boutique-style themed rooms, free Wi-Fi and free parking, 200 metres from Canterbury West Station. 4-star 'Highly Commended' award from the AA. House of Agnes has been extensively renovated by its current owners. There is a modern bar and the largest public walled garden in Canterbury. Each en suite room is designed to represent a great world city, such as Paris, Tokyo, Shanghai, Mumbai or Marrakesh. All have LCD flat-screen TVs, DVD players (selection available) and docking stations for MP3 players. A full English breakfast is served in the airy conservatory, using local organic produce where possible.

Arden Way Guesthouse- Arden Way is a family run Guest House, offering a hearty breakfast and being just a 5 minutes walk from the theatres. Old Well Inn- This 17th-century inn is in the town of Barnard Castle, with a traditional cosy bar, 3 restaurants and charming en suite rooms that are surprisingly spacious. Conveniently located for outdoor activities in and around Dartmoor and a host of interesting places to visit, Harrabeer is only 5 miles from Tavistock (Market Town of the Year) and 9 miles from Plymouth for shopping, culture and nightlife.

Ealing Guest House- This guest house will suit a budget visit to Central London or trip to Heathrow. Ealing Guest House is one minute's walk from the Tube or bus. Charlotte House Hotel Ltd- This splendid old Victorian listed building is under new management. It is a 10-minute walk from Peterborough town centre and a 10-minute drive from the A1(M). Charlotte House Hotel has modern facilities and a good-value full English breakfast can be purchased. All rooms are fully en suite and rear car parking is available. The small hotel is 5 to 10 minutes by car from the train and coach station. It is quite close to the passport office as well as swimming pools and gyms. The East of England Show Ground is a 10-minute drive away.

Pebble Cottage- Pebble Cottage offers homely accommodation in modern, clean and comfortable surroundings. It is ideal for those visiting the NEC and Birmingham Airport. Built in 1920, the large house offers en suite twin rooms, free parking and free Wi-Fi. Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Pebble Cottage has easy access to Birmingham city centre and is close to Marston Green Railway Station. There is a garden for guest use in summer.

Roman Rooms Hotel- Roman Rooms Hotel is in Wolverton centre and offers en suite rooms and a free Wi-Fi internet connection. It is a few minutes walk from Wolverton Train Station. The Roman Rooms Hotel provides a self-service continental breakfast. All rooms have an en suite shower and toilet. Pubs, restaurants and takeaways are at your doorstep. Wolverton is a traditional town and much of it is within a conservation area. The town is close to the many facilities on offer in Milton Keynes.

The Manor- The Manor is a beautiful Grade II listed historic house located minutes from Stonehenge and not far from Bath and Salisbury. Following a renovation, each bedroom has its own individual style and en suite bathroom. Modern comforts include a DVD player and an iPod dock. In the kitchen, local produce is used as much as possible to give a complete country-house experience.

It is a few minutes' level walk from Royal Crescent, the Roman Baths, Pump Rooms and Thermae Bath Spa. The dining room overlooks the garden, where there is often plenty of wildlife to watch on the lawn. The non-smoking Estate House has on-site parking, with a lock-up garage for cycles. Ford Village is between the A1 and A697 roads. The Estate House is well place for coastal attractions such as Holy Island and Bamburgh.

The Haymaker Inn- The restaurant, bar and en suite accommodation at The Haymaker Inn are in a tranquil area of outstanding beauty, 2.5 miles (4 km) off the A303 /A30 Ilminster-to-Honiton road. The Haymaker has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment programme, and now offers refreshed and upgraded areas. Wholesome British food is prepared on the premises.
