Artist Residence- In the heart of Brighton, looking out across to the iconic West Pier, this tall, elegant Regency town house boasts free Wi-Fi, individually decorated rooms and quirky original artwork. The carefully preserved, Grade II listed building features 6 comfortable bedrooms, most of which have views of the West Pier. Rooms are individually decorated in a bohemian and eclectic style, perhaps not to everyone's taste. Those with a sense of adventure will find the weird and wonderful style quirky, charming and fascinating. All of the rooms are en suite and decorated with colourful and contemporary fabrics and furnishings. Each room has a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The interior is ever changing, as artists come and go, drawing on doors and walls as they please. Traditional, conceptual and sometimes absurd artwork is combined to create a unique environment. The on-site gallery is a non-profit organization run by young local artists.

Corner Beech House- An AA 4-star Bed and Breakfast, Corner Beech House is an elegant Edwardian building with striking sea views; perfect for exploring the Lake District. All of the comfortable en suite rooms have a widescreen TV and some of the rooms have stunning sea views of Morecambe Bay. There is a DVD library for guests and all rooms have comfortable sofas. The centre of Grange-over-Sands is a 5-minute walk away, with its many shops, pubs and restaurants. Golf courses are also close by. The Corner Beech House is just a short drive from Windermere, Kendal and Coniston in The Lake District.

Low House- This 17th-century Lakeland country home offers delicious cooking, cosy open fires, free Wi-Fi and a warm welcome, all in a peaceful setting just 5 minutes from local amenities. Low House is located within a mile of Windermere and a few hundred metres from Windermere Golf Club. All the facilities of Windermere are 25 minutes' walk away. The house is filled with antiques, books and paintings, as well as modern, useful facilities. The bedrooms have king-size beds and Molton Brown toiletries.

The Nightingale Lodge- This fun and friendly hostel offers shared and private accommodation in the diverse Georgian Quarter of South Liverpool, 10 minutes' walk from the city centre.
