The Sycamore Guest House- This Edwardian home, built around 1904, is a small family-run guest house in York. It is a 5-minute walk through the Museum Gardens to the Minster and city centre. The York B&B is in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a bowling green. The Sycamore Guest House is 10 minutes' walk or a short taxi ride from York Railway Station with its excellent rail links to the rest of England. The guest house also offers free, guaranteed on-street parking, opposite the house, at the end of the cul-de-sac.

Arundel House- This privately owned Regency-period building is in Cheddar. There is friendly, helpful service and a licensed bar lounge where a fire burns during cold weather. Previously The Market Cross Hotel, Arundel House offers fresh 3-course evening meals (when requested 24 hours in advance). The Leeway- Within a Grade II listed building, this family-run guest house offers impressive sea views over the popular North Bay area and is just a 10-minute walk from the town centre. With easy access to the North Bay beach and Peasholm Park, the Leeway offers a wide range of comfortable accommodation, including sea-view and family rooms. Euro Hotel Clapham- The Euro Hotel Clapham overlooks Clapham Common Park is very close to Clapham Common Tube Station and convenient for Brixton Academy. The hotel is also close to Clapham High Street Train Station and popular restaurants are nearby. The Euro Hotel Clapham is situated on Clapham Common South Side. All its rooms are en suite and some have a balcony overlooking the common. There is no lift at the hotel.
