Sandford House Hotel- Warm, friendly, smoke free and informal; our aim at this small, family hotel is to provide a homely, tasteful environment with high standards in food and cleanliness. Sandford House Hotel is located close to the Severn with its fine riverside walks, yet is within a few minutes' walk of the town centre. Nearby are many excellent restaurants and eating houses of all kinds. Due to this we only cater for bed and breakfast.

Cotehele Lodge- Only 5 minutes' walk from the main beaches and Newquay's town centre, this family-run bed and breakfast offers free Wi-Fi, free parking and high quality, 4-star guest accommodation. Catering for couples and families, Cotehele Lodge is a family-run establishment situated on Tower Road, Newquay. It is very close to Newquay's professional golf course and only 200 metres from the town centre, Newquay harbour and the world-renowned Fistral Beach. Cotehele was once a naval officer's lodge and today the building still retains some of its original features, such as stained glass windows and inglenook fireplaces. Shakespeare House Guest House- With great reviews from national newspapers, this Gold Award winning, 5-star Guest Accommodation (from Quality in Tourism for Visit Britain) is said to have been visited by Shakespeare. In the village of Grendon Underwood, 20 minutes from Oxford, Shakespeare House is a beautifully restored Grade II Listed property that dates back over 500 years. Once a coaching inn, the building is part Elizabethan and part Tudor. Today it has luxury rooms, a welcoming drawing room with large fireplace and TV, and an elegant dining room with log fire. The house also has front and rear gardens. Shakespeare House was voted one of the top 50 romantic places to stay in the UK by The Sunday Telegraph newspaper (December 2008). Gyllyngvase House- 200 metres from the seafront at Gyllyngvase Beach, with Falmouth town centre and the historic harbour just a short walk away, Gyllyngvase House offers 4-star guest accommodation and free Wi-Fi.
