The Crown Inn- The newly refurbished Crown Inn has 7 brand new en-suite bedrooms, a bar and restaurant with a'la carte menu. The Crown overlooks beautiful Chislehurst Common. If you enjoy walking, then Chislehurst is on one of the Green Chain routes from Mottingham Lane to Beckenham Park (4 1/2 miles). The Crown is very close to the well known Chislehurst Caves which extend for nearly 20 miles and date back over 4,000 years. The caves became more widely known after their use during the Second World War as an air raid shelter, not only for the locals but for over 10,000 Londoners who travelled to the caves each night by special train. It was so well organised that people could pay 1d per night for a bunk and there was also a cinema, church and hospital for them to use during their time underground. The caves are thought to be entirely man made and were created during three periods of time by our ancestors - well worth a visit. The Crown Inn has 7 guest rooms, all of which are non-smoking.

The Shoe Inn- This 15th century coaching inn, situated just on the edge of the New Forest on the A36, has been welcoming hungry travellers ever since 1430 and is steeped in history. Red Lion- Built in the 1700s, The Red Lion is a country inn offering a comfortable, friendly environment 2 miles (3.2 km) from the A5 and close to the M69, M1 and M6. The inn has beamed ceilings and open fires, and a car park for up to 35 cars. There is free Wi-Fi available throughout. The Red Lion is convenient for the middle of the country, due to the old Roman routes of Fosse Way and Watling Street.

Arden Court- Set within a fine Victorian town house, which boasts many original features, this charming period property is ideally set less than 5 minutes away from the harbour, town centre and beaches. Providing a warm, friendly and relaxing stay, Arden Court boasts 10 comfortable bedrooms and a licensed bar and lounge with beautiful views over Torwood Gardens and one of Torquay's finest Victorian churches with an incredible steeple. During your stay you can easily visit the main local attractions, including Torquay Marina, Abbey Sands, Town centre and Fleet Walk Shopping Precinct. Water-sports and coastal walks are also available nearby. Please note: this guest house is not ideal for disabled people due to the steps you have to go up to the main front door.

Athena Hotel - BandB- The Athena Hotel is a lovely family run 3 Diamond Bed & Breakfast in a restored Victorian listed building. Ideally located in a beautiful tree lined avenue, seven minutes walk from Hyde Park. The Athena Hotel is the perfect choice for holiday makers, business executives and shoppers. Being minutes by taxi to London's West End, Knightsbridge and not far from the city, this is an ideal base to explore London. Access by car can be made from Edgware Road, Bayswater Road and Praed Street. All rooms are non-smoking. Rates include full-choice breakfast cooked-to-order. Saturday night-only bookings are not available. Note that the latest check-in is 21:00.

The Log House- In the heart of the English Lake District, this historic Norwegian log cabin is now a restaurant and bar with 3 comfortable en suite rooms, all with LCD flat-screen TVs, DVD players and free Wi-Fi. The stylish and contemporary restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy superb food, made with delicious, fresh seasonal produce from the region. There are 3 double rooms above the restaurant. Two still have the original log beams and the third has stunning views over the fells. Each has an en suite shower room, hairdryer, tea/coffee, and luxurious bathroom products from the White Company. In the town of Ambleside, at the head of Windermere, the Log House was originally brought to the Lake District by local artist Alfred Heaton Cooper nearly 100 years ago. Cooper used the cabin as a home and studio, but today it is a 4-star restaurant with rooms.

The Five Bells Inn- A traditional village property, this small, friendly inn is situated in the heart of Upwell, next to St. Peters church and opposite the village hall. Just 7 miles away from the charming Georgian market town of Wisbech, during your stay you can enjoy a trip along the River Nene, watch the boats in the port and harbour, or visit the Wisbech and Fenland Museum, which boasts the original manuscript of Charles Dickens' Great Expectations. Fir Trees- Built in 1888 and retaining lots of original features, all rooms at this well-reputed guest house are well furnished, spotlessly clean and decorated to a very high standard. Luther King House- This college and conference venue is set in 2 acres of landscaped gardens in a tree-lined suburb just outside the city centre. The 45 'no frills' bedrooms all have a private shower or bath and toilet facilities. Every room has tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephones with internet access and a TV with Freeview channels. With a dining room, small bar, charming courtyard garden and free parking, Luther King House is a great value-for-money venue.

Benbows Guest House- Benbows Guest House is just off of the Devon Coastal Path, only a short walk from Paignton Harbour, the town centre, the bus and rail stations, Paignton and Goodrington Sands. The guest house offers home-cooked meals, an attractive lounge, a garden and a bar. Some bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and others share a bathroom. There is a large car park, and a bus service outside the hotel. Staff also speak French!
