Bull Hotel- Originally built in 1398, the Bull is best described as a high street pub with bedrooms; offering warmth, character and individuality, the lively pub is the social centre of this Essex town. Halstead is a quaint, but often busy, north Essex town, particularly at weekends. Situated in the heart of the town, at the bottom of the High Street, the building has been a coaching inn for over 500 years. George and Dragon Inn- This charming hotel has been created by combining the original 17th Century Coaching Inn with the adjoining rectory and corn mill in the sleepy market town of Kirkbymoorside. Ideally situated on the A170 between Helmsley and Pickering, in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the George and Dragon Hotel is a very special place. Avalon House Licensed Guest House- Avalon House offers standard en suite accommodation, free Wi-Fi, free parking and a good location, just one mile (1.6 km) from St Albans Railway Station. On the main London Road, Avalon House is near the centre of St Albans and well-connected to London Colney. It also offers good access to the M25, M1, A1 and the M10 to Hemel Hempstead. Each room is en suite and has a TV. Some rooms have a DVD player. Guests can purchase a day pass for the health club at a nearby hotel. A residents' lounge/bar is available. Ingleside House is just 1.5 miles (2.5 km) from junction 5 of the M61 motorway, or 2.5 miles (4 km) from junction 6. Only 3 miles (5 km) from Bolton, the house is on the bus route directly into the town centre and well-connected to Westhoughton and Wigan. Lostock Train Station, with access to the Reebok Stadium, Preston and Manchester, is also just a 6-minute walk away. For a more relaxing break, why not take the short journey (3 miles / 5 km) to the Pennine Moors and Rivington, where you can enjoy a stroll through the beautiful countryside.

A typical, quiet, English rural village, Crawley has a pond, church and many thatched cottages. The Fox and Hounds has been part of village life since the 19th century. The pub was rebuilt in 1910 in a Tudor style.

Whitchurch Farm BandB- In a peaceful rural setting on the edge of the Cotswolds, but only 3 miles (5 km) south of Stratford-upon-Avon, this beautifully preserved Georgian house offers charming accommodation. With a great location from which to explore South Warwickshire and the beautiful North Cotswolds, Whitchurch Farm is a family-run bed and breakfast on a working sheep farm. There are 4 centrally heated en suite rooms, each with a TV, a clock radio, a hairdryer and tea/coffee. Free wireless internet access is available throughout. There is a separate guest sitting room with a log burner. A full English breakfast is included in the price, with a range of alternative options also available. Six Bells Inn- The Six Bells is a perfect country escape set on the edge of the village green, near the duck pond in the pretty Suffolk village of Bardwell. Originating in the late 1500s, the Inn was enlarged in the 19th century and more recently by ourselves. It now offers a characterful blend of old and new. Totally surrounded by countryside, it offers total peace and tranquillity, great food and a country atmosphere. Yet due to good major roads links of the M11/A11 & A14, it is a surprisingly easy drive from London and the Midlands. We offer all of the delights of a country inn: excellent food and drink in a friendly and hospitable atmosphere. Gordon Ferguson and his team prepare a varying 3-course dinner menu each evening. The dishes range from the contemporary to the traditional. Prime local produce, fresh fish, Suffolk pork and lamb, and game in season are prepared daily for you to enjoy. We also offer a limited vegetarian menu and a small evening supper menu. We can prepare additional vegetarian dishes, gluten free dishes and cater for other dietary needs if we are advised of your requirements prior to your stay.

Braunston Manor- In over 12 acres of attractive, peaceful grounds, this beautifully restored 400-year-old building commands stunning uninterrupted views over open countryside. Overlooking the canals and the marina, Braunston Manor is located in the village of Braunston, on the border of Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. With flowering shrubs and daffodils in spring, the grounds roll down to the Grand Union Canal. The Manor has been in the same family for almost a century. However, the Northamptonshire-stone building dates back to the Tudor period. Today, the building has been attractively restored and now offers 10 individually decorated rooms, each with its own unique charm and character. Every spacious and luxurious room has been sympathetically furnished in keeping with the period of the building. Many of the rooms have four-poster beds, beautiful original features, period fireplaces or antique furniture. Some rooms overlook the canal and the marina, while others look out onto the lawns and gardens. Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the building.
