The Bath Hotel- The comfortable and convenient Bath Hotel is near Reading town centre and just 5 minutes from the M4. The Oracle shopping mall in the city centre is a 15-minute walk away, and Heathrow Airport is a 35-minute drive away. A regular bus service passes the hotel. Bath Hotel offers en suite rooms, ample free parking and free internet access in public areas. There is no lift at this hotel. The hotel was built in 1892, and parts have been renovated recently. It is well-placed for sporting venues, including football, rugby and horse racing.

Chase Lodge Hotel- In a quiet residential area, close to the centre of Kingston upon Thames and Hampton Wick Railway Station, this small hotel is rich in character with free Wi-Fi and free overnight parking. The aim at Court Craven is to offer no-frills accommodation in clean, comfortable rooms, at good value rates. All types of room are offered, including singles, doubles, family rooms and a huge room for 4. Most are en suite and offered on a room only basis. Hundreds of bars, cafes, restaurants and clubs are within minutes' walk.

Weston Hall- In the heart of the city, less than 350 metres from Manchester Piccadilly Railway Station, this recently refurbished, modern self-catering residence offers comfortable en suite rooms. A university hall of residence during term time, Weston Hall shares a site with the Days Hotel Manchester City and Manchester Conference Centre. Guests staying in Weston Hall have full use of all of the facilities of the Days Hotel, which include a 24-hour reception desk, a full-service restaurant and bar, a secure luggage room and Wi-Fi (available at an additional cost). Accommodation is in single study bedrooms within a flat for eight people. Recently refurbished, all of the well-presented single rooms have en suite facilities with showers. Each flat has a shared lounge area with dining facilities and a well-equipped shared kitchen with a microwave, cooker, fridge and freezer.

Ken or Lynn will welcome you into their cosy, period hotel with helpful, friendly staff willing to help. Single, double, triple and family rooms are available, some of which are en suite. Lord Nelson's flag officers stayed here in the late 1700s. The lounge Bar and some of the rooms have wonderful sea views.

Chandos Guest House- A friendly welcome is guaranteed at this family-run guest house, less than 10 minutes from the Channel Tunnel and Dover ferries, near central Folkestone and the rail station. Parking is available from 17:45 until 08:15 and at any time during the weekend. Annie's Guest House- This family-run, relaxed and friendly B&B is a few minutes' walk from parks, beaches, shopping areas, restaurants, nightlife and local transport links including South Shields Metro Station. Newcastle Central is a 20-minute drive or train journey away. The A1, A19 and Tyne Tunnel are a 10-minute drive away. There is free car parking right outside and secure cycle parking is available. A full English breakfast is served from 06:30 every day, freshly cooked to order. Special diets can be catered for. You can use the guest fridge and microwave in Annie's dining room. Single-sex party groups cannot be accommodated (4 people maximum).

The Half Moon Inn- This 18th century village inn rests in a quiet location, one mile from the mainline railway station in Templecombe. The Half Moon Inn offer large gardens to relax in and ample off-road car parking for your convenience.

Mount House- Beautifully set within an Edwardian town house, this welcoming, family-run hotel is situated in the popular seaside resort of Shanklin, on the south coast of the Isle of Wight Within easy reach of all of the town's amenities, including shops, beaches, the train station and buses, the hotel is also ideally positioned for beautiful cliff walks and the clean, sandy beaches. Before heading out to explore the hotel's beautiful surroundings, you can start your day with a complimentary full English breakfast in the spacious dining room.

The Crown Inn- With parts dating back to the 13th century, this 16th century inn is now a small country pub offering free Wi-Fi, 2 bars, a separate restaurant and comfortable en suite accommodation. In the heart of the small, charming village of Gayton, the Crown Inn offers 4 comfortable and homely rooms, furnished in a traditional cottage style. Each room has an en suite shower or bathroom. Every room has tea/coffee making facilities and there is a cosy lounge with Sky TV Rich in original character and traditional charm, parts of the building are said to date back to between 1216 and 1262, when the building was constructed to house the stonemason and the workers who built the church opposite. There are low original wooden beams in a few places. The Crown Inn is dog friendly and well-behaved dogs are welcome in the rooms and throughout the pub, apart from in the restaurant.

Spindle Lodge- A small family-run hotel with Victorian charm and style, built in 1876 on tree-lined West Walk. Despite its central position, Spindle Lodge is in a quiet location. At the end of West Walk is the New Walk, a pedestrian promenade that takes you into the city centre. The New Walk Museum with its Picasso Ceramics exhibition is just around the corner. Leicester is a vibrant city, with excellent entertainment, sporting, shopping and educational attractions including De Montfort Hall and the Y Theatre. The hotel is 5 minutes from the railway station, Leicester and De Montford universities. Leicester Cricket Club, rugby and football venues are 10-20 minutes' walk away. After booking, you must contact the hotel directly to inform them of your time of arrival, as the reception is not manned at all times.

Carlton Hotel BandB- The Carlton Hotel located in London's central area of Victoria and fashionable Belgravia. Our reputation has been built on a high standard of cleanliness; good service and personal attention at all times. Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the hotel.

The Gables- This small, cosy, family-run guest house has a quiet location close to the conference centre, the main exhibition halls and local amenities. The Gables offers a high level of comfort and cleanliness just 5 minutes' walk from the town centre. A short walk away are the beautiful Valley Gardens of Harrogate, the famous Pump Room Museum and the marvellous Betty's Tea Rooms. Dinner can be arranged at a local Teppanyaki restaurant, only few minutes' walk away. A range of cuisines is available.

Number 68- Number 68 is a lovely place to stay in Milton Keynes and is less than 10 minutes from city-centre shopping, theatres and Xscape. Enjoy comfy beds and a great breakfast menu. The self-accredited B&B is near to Stony Stratford and Wolverton and offers excellent hospitality and helpful, friendly customer service. Number 68 also offers free Wi-Fi and off-road parking. Each bedroom has a digital TV, a DVD player, dressing gowns, hot drinks and a fridge, as well as other facilities. Home-grown organic produce and locally sourced food is served whenever possible.

Butley Priory- Set in the wilds of the Suffolk coast, between Rendlesham Forest and the sea, this fairytale 14th century monastery has been beautifully converted to offer luxurious accommodation. With its striking Gothic exterior, Butley Priory has been carefully restored and sensitively renovated to offer beautiful accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis. There are 6 double rooms, all of which have their own private bathroom and 3 of which have their own working log fireplaces. Despite the priory's antiquity, 21st century comfort is assured in the bedrooms, which include such luxuries as linen sheets and goose down-duvets. A seating area, morning tea tray, TV and hi-fi system are provided in all of the main bedrooms. Set in 7 acres of private woodland, in the beautiful, peaceful surroundings of the Suffolk countryside, Butley Priory is a wonderful base for a romantic getaway or a restful, relaxing, restorative break.

Higher Faugan Parc- In a secluded location high above the Cornish village of Newlyn, this beautiful property offers boutique-style accommodation. Higher Faugan Parc was built in 1904 as a private house and has undergone extensive refurbishment. It is set in 10 acres with a large lawn for guest use. Formerly the family home of artists Stanhope and Elizabeth Forbes (founder of the Newlyn School of Art), Higher Faugan has 7 rooms, including 4 luxurious suites. All have an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. Each suite has a studio kitchen/dining area. Higher Faugan Parc is within easy reach of Lands End and St Ives. At Penzance you can walk through beautiful Mounts Bay and admire views of the English Channel.

Seascape Hotel And Restaurant- The Seascape is a family-run licensed hotel and restaurant overlooking the beautiful beach at Polzeath and with views of the coastline up to Pentire Headland. Seascape has 14 comfortable en suite bedrooms, all nicely appointed with a TV and beverage tray. 11 of the rooms have sea views. A 3-minute walk will bring you to the beach Good food is served in the restaurant from where there is a lovely view across the bay.

Green Court Hotel - BandB- Green Court Hotel is a small, budget B&B that is walking distance from Earl's Court Exhibition Centre and Olympia, and very convenient for the Tube network. Many shops and restaurants are in the local area and the hotel is a 2-minute walk from Earl's Court Station. Heathrow Airport can be reached via the Piccadilly Line of the Tube. Attractions such as the Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London and the museums are easily accessible. Green Court Hotel offers easy access to the West End, the Theatreland, Hyde Park and the famous shops of Oxford Street and Knightsbridge. The hotel does not have a lift.
