Royal Hotel- Overlooking the beach and within easy walking distance of the town centre and pier, this AA 4-star character property has been welcoming guests to Eastbourne for over 170 years. One of Eastbourne's original old 'sea houses', the Royal has recently undergone a complete renovation to provide comfortable, modern accommodation with free Wi-Fi throughout and flat-screen TVs. The building's original features have been retained. Bathrooms feature heated towel rails, shaver points, fluffy white towels and complimentary Elsyl toiletries. White Hart Nettlebed- The White Hart is a stylishly refurbished 14th century Country inn, in the picturesque Oxfordshire village of Nettlebed, just outside the thriving Thames side town of Henley. The restaurant has a daily changing menu of Mediterranean and British cooking, including many traditional pub favourites. The ingredients are mostly local and seasonal. The White Hart has 12 individually designed en suite double rooms, 6 of which are in the main building and 6 in the converted stables alongside the inn. There is a cosy bar with a log fire and free Wi-Fi. Near the historic market towns of Wallingford and Abingdon, the White Hart is not far from Reading, Oxford, Ascot and Windsor. The restaurant and bar are not open on Sunday or Public Holiday evenings.

Waratah Lodge- On Hayling Island, a popular holiday destination, this family-run bed and breakfast is close to the sea, water sports and historic sites. The Cock Inn Hotel- This 18th century coaching inn is located in a quiet village 15 minutes from Stansted Airport, and offers modern accommodation in a traditional setting. A shuttle service is available at an extra cost and is perfect for travelling from Stansted Airport. The Cock Inn hotel offers beautiful en suite bedrooms, modern facilities and the friendly service and charm of a family-run village inn. The pub dates back to the 18th century, whereas the hotel was built in 2003 and has a modern feel. A large restaurant serves English and continental food, with fish as a speciality. Traditional roasts are served all day on Sundays along with a limited menu. All food is homemade, including the delicious desserts.

Sculthorpe Mill- The Sculthorpe Mill is a charming 18th century mill set in beautiful gardens. A non-smoking restaurant and cosy bar areas offer a bar or ? la carte menu, as well as a choice of wines and real ale. The Sculthorpe Mill is surrounded by Norfolk countryside, with the cascading River Wensum viewed from every window. Six newly refurbished en-suite guestrooms all with river views, a non-smoking restaurant and cosy bar areas complete the picture. The hotel does not have a lift.

Sandy Acres Guest House- This guest house is situated at the north end of Great Yarmouth, close to the racecourse and beach. Sandy Acres is 200 metres from the seafront, less than 1 mile from the town centre shops and market, and 10 minutes' walk from the racecourse. There are 10 well-appointed bedrooms, all with en suite or private facilities. All rooms have Freeview TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and an electric fan/central heating (depending on season). There is a varied breakfast menu to choose from.

Riviera Guest Accommodation- The family-run Riviera is located on Plymouth Hoe and offers efficiency, convenience and a homely atmosphere. The non-smoking establishment is arranged over 3 floors, with one elegant internal staircase leading to all bedrooms. The ground-floor of the AA 3-star guest accommodation houses an informal bar and lounge. With its friendly and homely atmosphere it makes an excellent place to meet and relax. To the right of the bar and lounge is the breakfast area with seating for 24 people. All breakfasts are freshly cooked to order. Free Wi-Fi access is offered to guests with their own computers. There is also a computer with internet access, which can be used at an additional cost.

Windsor Hotel- The Windsor is family run and family friendly, offering reasonably priced basic guest accommodation right by Folkestone's famous Leas Promenade and The Leas Cliff Hall entertainment venue. On the Kent coast, the Windsor is within walking distance of the refurbished Bandstand and Amphitheatre. Both feature live events within the new Lower Leas Coastal Park, where there is also an adventure playground and pebble beach. Children are welcome at the Windsor Hotel, and can enter the bar area if with an adult. Pets can also be accommodated, free of charge. Each en suite room has a 4-channel TV and tea/coffee.

Brindley- This family-run guest house is 10 minutes' walk from the town, North Bay and South Bay. Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. Brindley has 6 en suite double bedrooms, and 2 single rooms with a shared shower room. All rooms have a TV and tea-making facilities. Back rooms overlook Scarborough cricket ground. A few minutes' walk will bring you to Peasholm Park and boating lake.

The Barn House- The Barn House is a truly unique 5 star guest house situated in the picturesque village of Walkington, close to the m62. All the rooms are hand painted in different themes from the Out of Africa room to the Eagles nest. There are actually 2 individual houses set in beautiful gardens complete with hot tub, seating area and bbq. We pride ourselves on our friendly home from home experience. We offer bed and breakfast, private dining, exclusive use and even have our own conference facilities.

Seafield House- Located in the heart of Hove, Seafield House is an elegant double fronted Regency town house, only 150 metres from Hove Seafront and its promenades on Brunswick Lawns. Hove Town Hall and Sussex Country Cricket Ground are both just a short walk away. Tudor Grange Hotel - BandB- This hotel is set in picturesque gardens, close to Bournemouth town centre and a 2 minute walk from Bournemouth beach. Near Bournemouth Train Station, the hotel is on the East Cliff, by the seafront. Tudor Grange Hotel offers 10 en suite rooms with classical decor, some with garden views.
