The Corner House Hotel - The Corner House Hotel, in the heart of Taunton, is a new breed of hotel for the 21st century. Fully refurbished in April 2003, we have retained all of the features of this charming Victorian building. We call our bedrooms, here at The Corner House, budget boutique. Not only are they tremendous value for money but we asked you what you wanted from a bedroom in the heart of this wonderful county town of Taunton. A good nights sleep, a comfortable bed, a sparkling modern bathroom, excellent in room entertainment and security, and of course, a great price. The Corner House is not a modern hotel on the edge of town. We have taken a gracious Victorian lady and given her a bit of sparkle. The Corner House. A Victorian lady with a twinkle in her eye. Please note that the hotel has no lift.

The Swan Hotel - Dating back to the 14th-century, the hotel displays the traditional character of an English country house, enhanced by fine furniture, carved door-frames and mantelpieces and art pieces connected with the history of Southwold. The Swan, like Southwold itself, is a place to discover - tranquil yet bustling with local life. The Swan has been the heart of Southwold social life for centuries, and the life of the hotel revolves around the peaceful Drawing Room, a perfect place to chat or read, or just to watch the world go by over an English cream tea. Or you can catch up with local gossip over a pint of Adnams in the Bar, before taking a brisk walk along the shore to work up an appetite for dinner. The refined yet relaxed environment and friendly staff guarantees a most comfortable stay. Some of the bedrooms in the main hotel offer a glimpse of the sea, whilst the garden rooms are clustered around the old bowling green.

Dog House Hotel - With a peaceful, rural location, just 20 minutes from the historic university city of Oxford and just 10 minutes from Abingdon, the hotel is rich in original character and traditional charm. Situated in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside, the Dog House Hotel has a traditional bar, with an original wood-beamed ceiling, a roaring fire and a patio. Food is available in the bar and in the restaurant and conservatory. The name of the hotel has an unusual origin. In days gone by, wealthy farming gentry sent their offspring to be educated in Oxford and would arrive there complete with their horses and hunting dogs. The colleges allowed their students to stable horses, but not the dogs. With nowhere else to house the animals, the proprietor of the local inn offered an invaluable dog-sitting service and the venue became known as the Dog House. Today, there are 20 comfortable en suite rooms, including 2 feature rooms. Each room has a TV and tea/coffee making facilities.

Ravenwood Hall Hotel - Suffolk's ultimate retreat boasts rooms with intimate decor, sensational food and extraordinary hospitality. Set in 7 acres, enjoy perfection at this historical country house hotel, with easy access to major road links. The Hall's intriguing history began in the reign of Henry VIIIth. Even now, its ornately carved oak structure and rare sixteenth century wall paintings carry an air of mystical Tudor charm. Traditional British food with a continental touch is served in the restaurant, or for a less formal atmosphere with adventurous daily changing specials boards, try our popular bar. Toast crumpets or enjoy a cream tea by the log fires in winter or sip cool Pimms while reclining by the outdoor heated pool in summer; Ravenwood Hall is the perfect location throughout the year. The en suite bedrooms are individually designed, with enormous beds, antique furniture and every comfort to offer a relaxing stay. The rooms in the main house all have original features (some to include four posters, half testers and one room even has its very own biscuit cupboard!) The Mews rooms are a great favourite with dog lovers as they lead onto the delightful lawns and dog walks. Our staff are here to make your visit a memorable one and if there is something you should require, you only have to ask.
