Kaimes Guest House- Kaimes Guest House is a Victorian Building, situated 15 minutes walking distance from Edinburgh city centre. We are close to the King's Theatre, Usher Hall, Edinburgh Castle and the famous shopping centre, Princes Street. We are ideally situated for you to see the sights of Edinburgh or enjoy the many clubs, pubs and restaurants that Scotland's capital has to offer. Here at Kaimes Guest House, you can be assured of quality accommodation combined with excellent service. The International Conference Centre is only a 5 minute walk from our guesthouse. Glenavon House- A small bed and breakfast in the Highland village of Newtonmore, ideally located for walking, bird watching and exploring the beautiful countryside around the Cairngorms. An 18-hole golf course is within walking distance, and other local attractions and beauty spots are nearby. The attractive, Swiss-style house features comfortable, well-equipped rooms complete with en suite showers, hospitality trays and TVs. There is also a guest lounge with a selection of books, and a light and airy dining room.

Aros Ard Bed and Breakfast- This high-quality B&B has stunning views across Loch Linnhe and the Ardgour Hills. It is a 10-minute walk from the town centre with easy access to Highland hot spots. Aros Ard is a perfect touring base for Fort William and the romantic Western Highlands. A delicious menu is served, including a full Scottish breakfast (with vegetarian options). Your hosts provide excellent service, as well as clean, comfy and luxurious en suite rooms. Each room has loch and mountain views.

Willowbank- Willowbank is one of the very few listed buildings within the Cairngorms National Park and offers bed and breakfast accommodation just 15 minutes' drive from Aviemore. Willowbank licensed guest house is one of the first properties on the edge of the town as you enter from the South, Aviemore and the Cairngorms. The property has stood in the town of Grantown on Spey, a quiet Georgian town, for over 150 years.

Braighe House has a friendly atmosphere and is perfect for enjoying a relaxing stay and a great breakfast in the Outer Hebrides. Most bedrooms have superb sea views, and all have a flat-screen LCD TV and free wireless internet access.

Cairnryan House- Set directly across from the shore of Loch Ryan, and boasting uninterrupted views, this licensed guest house is 500 metres from Cairnryan ferry terminal and 5 minutes from Stranraer terminal. Originally the Manse, the family-run Cairnryan House was built in 1894 and still retains many of its original features. All of the en suite rooms are non-smoking and furnished to a high standard, with plenty of features to ensure your comfort. Most of the rooms have views over Loch Ryan. Guests can sit in the beer garden with a drink, whilst watching the ferries go by. There is off-road parking for 10 cars. Unfortunately, children under 13 years cannot stay at Cairnryan House.

Sands Hotel- Four star recently upgraded character building situated along the shore of Scapa Flow in Burray village. All rooms are en suite overlooking the beach and pier where local fishermen work. Our busy restaurant is open daily serving lunches, bar meals and a la carte. Fresh local produce is used whenever possible. The rooms, restaurant, garden room and lounge bar are all non-smoking; smokers are allowed to smoke in the Sands Bar. The Sands Hotel, originally built as a fish store in 1860, has been recently refurbished and upgraded to provide a high standard of both bed and breakfast and self-catering accommodation in Burray village. The imposing building overlooks Burray Harbour, Watersound Bay and South Ronaldsay. The village shop and Burray post offce are just 2 minutes walk away, and there is also a garage nearby. The Sands Hotel is just 4 miles from the Pentland Ferries terminal at St Margarets Hope.

Glenvar Bed And Breakfast- Peaceful, warm and relaxing, Glenvar b&b is situated in the middle of Blairgowrie in Highland Perthshire. Where you can relax and feel that here is a real home away from home. Glevar is an ideal base from which you can explore the many sites of Scotland. All that you could need or want to do is in easy reach from Blairgowrie. Perhaps a romantic escape, a country trek, a whisky trail or a high adrenaline rush in various outdoor activities... Glenvar was originally opened by Jean and Robert Wilson in October 2002. It has two double rooms and one single room, all en suite and on the ground floor .All are attractively furnished and finished to a high standard.

Creag Meagaidh- Set within the Cairngorm National Park, this small, family-run guest house offers the ideal base from which to explore the wonderful mountain ranges of Cairngorm and Monadh Liath. A comfortable and modern home, Creag Meagaidh stands in the village of Newtonmore, which has a wonderful circular route around it called the Wildcat Trail. This is a fabulous walk (or run) with great views of the River Spey, the Cairngorm Mountains, Creag Dubh, woodlands, waterfalls and all sorts of wildlife. For moments of relaxation, the house has a secluded patio area at the rear. There is also ample parking space to the front of the house, and a secure cleaning and storage area for bikes, skis and other equipment.

Gifford House- A warm welcome is assured at this attractive stone Victorian terrace house, conveniently located just over a mile south of Princes Street on the main A7. Well located for all Edinburgh's amenities, Gifford House offers a pleasant, relaxing stay, with rooms of a high standard. Although lying on a main bus route, the area behind Gifford House is quiet and peaceful, and the rear bedrooms enjoy superb panoramic views towards Salisbury's Crags and the extinct volcano of Arthur's Seat. With its warm and friendly atmosphere, Gifford House is a place guests return to, and recommend to their friends. A full Scottish breakfast is served, with a large selection of dishes including smoked fish, mackerel and kippers. Special diets are also catered for if required.

Willow House Guest House- Situated on the A9 road into Perth, Willow House Guest House is a welcoming Victorian property providing good value accommodation. Leslie Anne Guest House is a 5-mile drive from Prestwick Airport and less than 5 minutes from Ayr Railway Station. The station has a 10-minute direct link to the Airport and a 50-minute service to Glasgow. All rooms are en suite and have free Wi-Fi access. Ground-floor rooms are available, and there is private car parking in front of the guest house. Full cooked Scottish breakfast or continental breakfast is offered. Irvine Guest House- The Irvine Guest House is in Irvine town centre, a 1-minute walk from the main shopping area, bars and restaurants.
