Alba House- Alba House is a beautiful, detached Victorian villa built around 1860 and set in large, landscaped gardens with many mature trees and ample seating areas. The bedrooms, all en suite, are individually designed with comfort in mind. Each of the spacious bedrooms has retained its Victorian proportions and has either one double (or king-size) bed or twin beds. All bedrooms have been refurbished over the last 6 months. Private parking is available for all guests. Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood Palace, The Scottish Parliament Building, The Festival Theatre, The Playhouse Theatre and The Edinburgh International Conference Centre are all close by. Alba House is also conveniently placed for The Royal Observatory, Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and Edinburgh University; the King's Building is a 5-minute walk away.

Bank House Duns- These excellent-value rooms have access to shared facilities including a large kitchen, 3 bathrooms and utility area. Bank House overlooks the Market Square in the quaint Scottish Borders town of Duns, just 45 minutes' drive from Edinburgh. Free parking is available nearby. Acorn Lodge- The Acorn Lodge was built in 1760 and still has its original features. Aonach Mor- Aonach Mor is a traditional boutique establishment in a quiet yet accessible residential area near the city centre. Free Wi-Fi is provided to all guests. It has a good location for exploring the sights of the Highlands, including Loch Ness and the islands of Syke, Mull, Iona and Rhum. There are plenty of outdoor activities and spectacular views for walkers. Caledonian House offers fishing trips and mountain-bike hire.

Mayfield is a bungalow, so there are no stairs inside, however there are 4 steps up into the house. Ailsa Cottage Bed And Breakfast- Immediately opposite Loch Ryan with views of ferries sailing in and out, our cottage is part of a Victorian terrace, which was once the home of a ship's captain. Our accommodation is newly refurbished with en suite and private bathrooms, and garden or loch views. Refreshment trays and colour TVs are in all rooms, and hairdryers, irons etc are available on request. We are happy to provide evening meals on request.

Balmore Guest House- This small, family-run guest house is in the Tollcross area of the city, within easy reach of Edinburghs main attractions, including the castle, theatres and shops. Balmore Guest House offers good-value accommodation, with breakfast included. Behind the house is Union Canal, which boasts beautiful walks and waterside restaurants. The late Victorian house is fully refurbished to provide all modern comforts, including free Wi-Fi. Edinburgh First At The University Of Edinburgh- Based at Pollock Halls at Holyrood Park, this varied B&B campus accommodation is close to the city centre and parliament buildings.
