The Mulberry - We are a village inn situated between Exeter and Okehampton, approximately 15 miles from Exeter Airport and Exeter St Davids train station. We offer luxury accommodation in our 6 en suite rooms, 2 of which can be turned into a family room on a bed and breakfast basis. We have a public bar area and a restaurant, and all food served is fresh and locally sourced; the delicious desserts are made on site. We are ideally situated for shopping in Exeter or exploring Dartmoor. We are 10 miles east of Exeter and 10 miles west of Okehampton. There are numerous country walks and places of interest to visit, and the main A30 is easily accessible.

Within easy reach of a range of local attractions, during your stay you can easily visit Torre Abbey and garden, the Riviera Centre and Theatre. The harbour and many shops and restaurants are also within easy walking distances. In the evenings, why not relax with a drink on Fleurie's picturesque sun terrace. Although the house is not licensed, you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic drinks to relax with after a long day.

Overcombe House - Situated on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, this environmentally-led and ethical guest house offers a friendly welcome and well-equipped, comfortable en suite rooms. Overcombe House is a popular licensed guest house located between Tavistock and Plymouth. Some of its rooms have views over Walkham Valley towards the High Moors. Quality facilities and personal service are offered in a relaxed, homely atmosphere. Breakfasts at Overcombe feature local, homemade, organic and fair trade produce. The guest house is committed to using West Country food producers in the kitchen and for in-room hospitality.

Riviera Guest Accommodation - The family-run Riviera is located on Plymouth Hoe and offers efficiency, convenience and a homely atmosphere. The non-smoking establishment is arranged over 3 floors, with one elegant internal staircase leading to all bedrooms. The ground-floor of the AA 3-star guest accommodation houses an informal bar and lounge. With its friendly and homely atmosphere it makes an excellent place to meet and relax. To the right of the bar and lounge is the breakfast area with seating for 24 people. All breakfasts are freshly cooked to order. Free Wi-Fi access is offered to guests with their own computers. There is also a computer with internet access, which can be used at an additional cost.
