Debbie and Alison focus on providing clean rooms, friendly service and home-cooked food. Kingsholm has an AA Dinner Award. The Mount Edgcombe - With a Silver Award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme, this quality, refurbished accommodation offers freshly cooked breakfasts, evening meals, free car parking and a convenient location. The Mount Edgcombe is a small, privately run establishment that prides itself on service and attention. There is a fully licensed bar, a comfortable guest lounge and an excellent choice of optional evening meals. Mount Edgcombe is located on a level, tree-lined avenue. The train station and the English Riviera Centre are just a few minutes' walk away, and a 15-minute walk will take you to Castle Circus - the heart of Torquay's shopping area. Clifton Grove - Between Torquay Harbour and Babbacombe Downs, home of the cliff-top railway, this well-preserved, 19th-century building offers charming accommodation and some limited free parking.
