The Belmont - This exceptionally clean, family-run guest accommodation has a variety of room types and is centrally located 5 minutes from the town centre and sea front. Sea Point Hotel - Just 10 minutes' walk from the harbour, this beautifully preserved Victorian building offers charming rooms, freshly cooked breakfasts and a fully licensed bar. The Sea Point Hotel is a historic, Grade II listed building, originally commissioned by the Admiralty in 1860 to house sea captains and their families. Today, the house still retains many period features, including a grand, sweeping staircase and original fireplaces in most rooms. All rooms have TVs and tea/coffee making facilities. The cosy residents' bar has a CD jukebox, fruit and quiz machines, a TV and even a karaoke system. A full traditional cooked English breakfast is included in the price and is freshly cooked to order in the traditional Aga oven. Lighter options are also available. The Sea Point Hotel is family run and your hosts, Dave and Kim, pride themselves on offering a warm welcome and friendly, attentive service.

Grosvenor House - This hotel is situated in a quiet yet central location, within easy walking distance of the beach, town and Riviera Conference Centre. The hotel is run by a Christian family, Nigel and Angela Pearce, with their 2 children William and Linda. We are one of the few small hotels to still provide our guests with the opportunity to book evening meals. We offer superior accommodation at reasonable rates. We are here to ensure your stay in Torquay is an enjoyable one.

Riviera Guest Accommodation - The family-run Riviera is located on Plymouth Hoe and offers efficiency, convenience and a homely atmosphere. The non-smoking establishment is arranged over 3 floors, with one elegant internal staircase leading to all bedrooms. The ground-floor of the AA 3-star guest accommodation houses an informal bar and lounge. With its friendly and homely atmosphere it makes an excellent place to meet and relax. To the right of the bar and lounge is the breakfast area with seating for 24 people. All breakfasts are freshly cooked to order. Free Wi-Fi access is offered to guests with their own computers. There is also a computer with internet access, which can be used at an additional cost.

The Exmoor Manor Hotel - The Exmoor Manor Hotel, converted from an old farmhouse, offers comfortable accommodation within pretty countryside surroundings. In the downstairs pub you can relax by an open log fire and enjoy fine wines and a wide selection of beers (including real ales). Throughout the year, the pub hosts live music and theme nights. Lunch and evening meals are served and can sometimes be taken in the large gardens. The function room, The Baronial Hall, accommodates up to 80 people.

Fairways (Silver Award 2007, 2008, July 2009) - Double Silver Award Winner, Fairways is less than 800 metres from the seafront. The family-run Dorchester Guest House was the 2008 runner up in the 'Best B&B/Guest House' category in the North Devon Tourism Awards. The friendly staff are happy to assist with arranging activities such as sea fishing, golfing, theatre tickets, horse riding and quad biking. The Dorchester is fully licensed and can offer a 2-course meal by prior arrangement. The freshly prepared meals contain local produce wherever possible.
