To the right of the bar and lounge is the breakfast area with seating for 24 people. All breakfasts are freshly cooked to order. Free Wi-Fi access is offered to guests with their own computers. There is also a computer with internet access, which can be used at an additional cost.

Hotel Peppers - Peppers is just 200 metres from the water's edge. From the harbour, it is the first hotel in Babbacombe Road. Enjoy comfort, care, and an excellent full English breakfast. Peppers is well-located for restaurants and shops, and is walking distance from the town and its attractions such as harbour cruises and Babbacombe Model Village The hotel was built at the turn of the century and has many period features. A fax, and free Wi-Fi internet are available. Peppers does not accept any group bookings.

The cottage is 9 miles (14.5 km) from Exeter, 6 miles (9.7 km) from Dartmoor and 5 miles (8 km) from Torquay and Newton Abbott. The original cottage was supposedly built in the shape of a boat, with rooms 'fore and aft' and a rope ladder joining the ground floor to the upper deck - now replaced with modern stairs! Today it has been transformed into a delightful B&B by its owners. Unfortunately, due to the rooms, Minadab Cottage is unable to accommodate very young children.
