Richmond Hotel - The Richmond Hotel, set on the main Georgian promenade at the heart of the historic town of Aberystwyth. The Richmond Hotel has been a family run hotel for over 30 years. In that time we have enjoyed greeting many new guests and welcoming back many regulars. The hotel was originally built as two town houses for prosperous merchants and, in partnership with the Wales Tourist Board, Ceredigion County Council and Cadw, we have recently completed an overhaul of the hotel frontage to restore it to its original Georgian splendour. We run the hotel with traditional values but are geared up for the 21st century, with all the modern amenities that our guests would expect. We know that the success of our hotel has come about thanks to the support of all our past customers and look forward to welcoming new and existing customers in the future. The hotel has a comfortable lounge with its own bar where guests can enjoy a panoramic view of Cardigan Bay. It provides a relaxing escape in a warm, friendly and pleasant atmosphere. We have all our Bedrooms as Non-smoking rooms. Please note that our bedrooms have either a bath or a shower and NOT both. Please indicate if you have a preference so that we can try and match a room to your needs. The hotel does not have a lift so please advise if a room on the first or second floor is required, prior to making a reservation. There is a small garden at the rear of the hotel which offers an opportunity to relax outdoors in fine weather.

Heritage Park Hotel - Set in the famous and beautiful Rhondda Valley, the hotel is an ideal base from which to explore South Wales. The Brecon Beacons National Park, and Cardiff, are only twenty minutes away by car. The Rhondda Valleys are transformed from being the centre of heavy engineering and mining, to being green and lush. The Kings Arms - Possibly the oldest coaching inn in Wales, the friendly Kings Arms has its own micro brewery and an excellent restaurant serving tapas and ? la carte dishes. Standing since at least 1400, the inn still has many original features. It was visited by Roundheads, Cavaliers and even King Charles II. The elegant rooms have reasonable rates and a feeling of relaxed luxury. The Kings Arms is on the edge of the Brecon Beacons and about 40 minutes from Cardiff. Newport, the site of the 2010 Ryder Cup, is 20 minutes away. The Kings Arms has its own small cinema and hosts regular live music and special evenings of jazz, comedy and acoustic music. There is also an art gallery and a function area.

Swallow Falls Hotel - Opposite Wales' most beautiful waterfall, 3.2 km (2 miles) outside of Betws-y-Coed, this hotel combines the classic quality of a Victorian coaching house with the relaxed ambience of a modern establishment.
