Clifton Grove - Between Torquay Harbour and Babbacombe Downs, home of the cliff-top railway, this well-preserved, 19th-century building offers charming accommodation and some limited free parking. Hotel Peppers - Peppers is just 200 metres from the water's edge. From the harbour, it is the first hotel in Babbacombe Road. Enjoy comfort, care, and an excellent full English breakfast. Peppers is well-located for restaurants and shops, and is walking distance from the town and its attractions such as harbour cruises and Babbacombe Model Village The hotel was built at the turn of the century and has many period features.
