Alvera Court - Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday visitors and conference delegates to our attractive, friendly and comfortable totally non-smoking home. We are small, privately owned and run by ourselves, offering twelve individually decorated bedrooms. Visit Britain Four Star guest accomodation, centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a town house with stairs to all levels. Sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom. We have our own private car park next to the hotel, and look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Access at all times once checked in. We do not serve dinner now as there are more than seventy restaurants a five minute walk from us into town. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available.

A delicious full cooked English breakfast is included in the price and features a variety of locally sourced produce. Yorkshire cured bacon, award-winning sausages and black puddings are all produced locally by Jacksons of Cracoe. Only free-range eggs are used and vegetarian alternatives are available. Breakfasts are freshly cooked to order on the cottage's traditional Aga stove. Free private parking is available for guests' use.

The White Swan Hotel - The White Swan is now Middlham's finest hotel, in a prominent position overlooking the market square. The hotel has 17 individually furnished en-suite bedrooms and combines a traditional flagstone bar, serving a good range of cask ales and wines by the glass, with a contemporary 60 seat brasserie, serving morning coffee, lunch and dinner daily. Middleham castle overlooks the hotel and the town is famous for its horseracing links and is an ideal base for walkers and visitors to the dale.

The Moors Inn - Perfectly situated on the border of the North Yorkshire Moors, the Moors Inn is a Grade II Listed building in the centre of Appleton-le-Moors village. Sherwood Hotel - BandB - We are a small, privately owned hotel, offering individually decorated bedrooms. We have an English Tourism Council 4-Star Classification and are centrally located, a few minutes from the International Conference Center and a short stroll from the town center, bus and train stations.The rooms, most with en suites, are decorated to a very high standard. The hotel is accessible at all times. Sue and Austin look forward to offering you the facilities of a large hotel, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere.

The Willows - The Willows is a large Edwardian guest house in an elevated position just 2 minutes' walk from the town centre. The friendly guest house offers a warm welcome with tea and homemade cakes. A tasty breakfast is included in the room rate. All rooms have a DVD player and tea/coffee-making facilities. There is a ramped path to the door and a lift to all floors.

Shannon Court Guesthouse - This High Harrogate guest house is a 7-minute walk from the International Conference Centre and Harrogate town centre, and will offer you a homely welcome. A few minutes by car will bring to you the Great Yorkshire Showground and Pavilions Exhibition Halls. Locally, you may also choose to visit Fountains Abbey or the Turkish baths.
