Fountains Guest Accommodation - The Fountains is a Victorian House built in 1891 and is situated in the ideal position for both tourist's and business visitors to the area 5 mins from town. Suddaby's Crown Hotel - BandB - This eight bedroom old coaching inn providing bed & breakfast accommodation, has been run by the Suddaby family since 1871. A small friendly bed & breakfast with very long-standing horse racing and brewing connections. Seven real ales are always available in the main bar, which has a welcoming fire and good conversation. The pub has been included in the Good Beer Guide for over 21 consecutive years and we have also been voted Camra'a Rural Pub of the Year for seven out of the past eight years. We opened Malt'on hops, our specialist bottled beer and wine shop in 2005 to showcase to our own award-winning beers and many more micro-breweries' beers. Our wine is top quality and the range increases on an ongoing basis.

The Gables - This small, cosy, family-run guest house has a quiet location close to the conference centre, the main exhibition halls and local amenities. The Gables offers a high level of comfort and cleanliness just 5 minutes' walk from the town centre. A short walk away are the beautiful Valley Gardens of Harrogate, the famous Pump Room Museum and the marvellous Betty's Tea Rooms. Dairy Guest House - The Dairy is a lovingly restored and upgraded Victorian town house, keeping its 19th-century character and original features. In central York, Dairy Guest House is less than 300 metres (300 yards) south of the medieval city walls. It is an easy stroll from York's many attractions and museums. Each individually styled room has a TV with DVD, hot-drink facilities, mineral water, hairdryer and alarm clock. You will also find toiletries and information folders. Some rooms have ceiling fans. Dairy Guest House was originally a family home and joinery business, built in 1890. It then became a dairy for many years, until being turned into a guest house in 1978.
