Kaimes Guest House - Kaimes Guest House is a Victorian Building, situated 15 minutes walking distance from Edinburgh city centre. We are close to the King's Theatre, Usher Hall, Edinburgh Castle and the famous shopping centre, Princes Street. We are ideally situated for you to see the sights of Edinburgh or enjoy the many clubs, pubs and restaurants that Scotland's capital has to offer. Here at Kaimes Guest House, you can be assured of quality accommodation combined with excellent service. The International Conference Centre is only a 5 minute walk from our guesthouse. We have 12 rooms which is a mix of family rooms, double rooms, single rooms and twin rooms. All rooms are beautifully decorated and most of them are en suite and have many facilities. We offer a choice of a full cooked or continental breakfast. We have an excellent bus service, which runs directly outside from the guesthouse and takes you to most of the major attractions E.G. The Edinburgh Castle, Museums, The National Galleries, Holyrood Palace and the Royal Mile.

Nvar House - Nvar House is a 4 star bed and breakfast located less than 1 mile from Edinburgh's famous princes street, with great transport to and from the city. We are also just 3 miles from the city bypass. all rooms have en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TVs with selection of movies, complimentary refreshment trays and Wi-Fi. We also serve breakfast in the comfort of your room each morning.

Balmore Guest House - This small, family-run guest house is in the Tollcross area of the city, within easy reach of Edinburghs main attractions, including the castle, theatres and shops. Balmore Guest House offers good-value accommodation, with breakfast included. Behind the house is Union Canal, which boasts beautiful walks and waterside restaurants. The late Victorian house is fully refurbished to provide all modern comforts, including free Wi-Fi. Balmore has maintained many of its original features, including a wrought-iron staircase, chandeliers and ornate cornices. Fully refurbished, with oak wooden floors, simple decoration and modern furniture, Bowmore, Balmore's neighbouring property, offers very modern en suite rooms. Both properties are of equal quality and have the same facilities and guests can be accommodated in either. Preferences will of course be taken into account, whenever possible. Secure parking is usually available at an additional cost, in a location close to the guest house.
