Sherwood Hotel - BandB - We are a small, privately owned hotel, offering individually decorated bedrooms. Alvera Court - Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday visitors and conference delegates to our attractive, friendly and comfortable totally non-smoking home. We are small, privately owned and run by ourselves, offering twelve individually decorated bedrooms. Visit Britain Four Star guest accomodation, centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a town house with stairs to all levels. Sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom. We have our own private car park next to the hotel, and look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Access at all times once checked in. We do not serve dinner now as there are more than seventy restaurants a five minute walk from us into town. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available.

The Aston - Ideally located in a tree lined street, this family-run guest house is set in the heart of Harrogate, just a few minutes' walk from the conference and exhibition centre. The Aston is budget 2-star guest accommodation where you can expect to stay in a clean, comfortable house with friendly staff and a good breakfast. All rooms are clean, basic, have en suite bathrooms and are decorated to a 2-star standard. Ideal for both business and leisure stays in this historic Yorkshire town, from the nearby conference centre it is only a short distance to the shops and restaurants in the town centre.

The Leeway - Within a Grade II listed building, this family-run guest house offers impressive sea views over the popular North Bay area and is just a 10-minute walk from the town centre. With easy access to the North Bay beach and Peasholm Park, the Leeway offers a wide range of comfortable accommodation, including sea-view and family rooms. Recently refurbished, there is a spacious sea-view bar in which guests can relax and unwind with a large selection of drinks available. Catering for vegetarians and all dietary needs, the staff at the Leeway pride themselves on excellent customer service and will strive to accommodate any reasonable request. Upon arrival, you will be issued with keys giving you 24-hour access to the guest house.

Queens Head - This delightful country inn with panoramic views is well located for the Dales and for visitors to Catterick Garrison. Queen's Head is set between Bedale and Leyburn in Lower Wensleydale. It has a 17th-century interior with stone walls, original beams and a new restaurant. The rooms sit independently, behind the inn.

Granby House - Just a short walk from the heart of historic York, this attractive Victorian terraced house offers en suite accommodation, free parking and a quiet yet convenient location, just off the main road. Granby House is just over half a mile (800 m) from York's historic city walls and York Minster is only a mile (1.6 km) away. York Railway Station is 0.7 miles (1.1 km) away. York Racecourse is less than a mile (1.6 km) away and is as pleasant for a scenic walk as it is for the races. All of the en suite rooms are clean and comfortable with full central heating, TVs, tea/coffee, radio alarm clocks and hairdryers. For those who find stairs difficult, there are two rooms on the ground floor. A full, traditional cooked English breakfast is available every day. The Old Mill - As the name suggests, The Old Mill is a converted windmill circa 1750, which today offers a warm welcome and a relaxing stay. The Old Mill was originally converted to a house in 1968, retaining many of its original features. A subsequent re-vamp was completed in September 2004, complementing the original architecture. The bed and breakfast has a high standard of accommodation and offers a full English breakfast to set you up for the day's activities.
