Note: prices are generally (but not always!) cheaper from Sunday night to Thursday night. In addition, York's city centre and tourist attractions are less busy midweek. If your plans are flexible, why not come midweek, when you can stay a day longer and enjoy more of what our great city has to offer! The Buck Hotel Guest House - Located in the heart of Richmond, this small hotel is well-situated for exploring the beautiful scenery and features of the town. The Buck Hotel Guest House was built in 1800, and for 175 years has been known as The Buck. It offers one of the best beer gardens in the area and a range of food and drinks. Drying facilities are available, which are ideal for walkers and those on the Coast to Coast route. All rooms are en suite, and 3 of the rooms have views of the castle.

Dairy Guest House - The Dairy is a lovingly restored and upgraded Victorian town house, keeping its 19th-century character and original features. In central York, Dairy Guest House is less than 300 metres (300 yards) south of the medieval city walls. It is an easy stroll from York's many attractions and museums. Dairy Guest House was originally a family home and joinery business, built in 1890. It then became a dairy for many years, until being turned into a guest house in 1978.

The city offers many historic attractions and a variety of culture and entertainment. You can indulge with a day of shopping, or enjoy a meal or drink in the excellent choice of bars and restaurants found nearby. York has something to offer everyone! Grange Lodge is also within easy reach of both the North Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Dales. You may also like to take a trip to the nearby east coast where you can visit Scarborough, Filey, Whitby and Robin Hood's Bay.

The Gresham Hotel - BandB - Located in a quiet part of Scarborough and close to many of the town's attractions, this guest accommodation offers a very comfortable and friendly family atmosphere. Alvera Court - Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday visitors and conference delegates to our attractive, friendly and comfortable totally non-smoking home. We are small, privately owned and run by ourselves, offering twelve individually decorated bedrooms. Visit Britain Four Star guest accomodation, centrally located opposite the International Conference Centre, with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We are a town house with stairs to all levels. Sorry we do not have a ground floor bedroom. We have our own private car park next to the hotel, and look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere. Access at all times once checked in. We do not serve dinner now as there are more than seventy restaurants a five minute walk from us into town. There is a trouser press, iron and ironing board available.
