From The House you can explore Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Stonehenge, Wells or Glastonbury. A bus stops outside the house and goes to Bath and Frome.

Roban House - Just a few minutes' walk from the centre of historic Bath, this small and friendly guest house has recently renovated rooms and free Wi-Fi. Roban House is very close to Bath Spa Rail Station, and has easy access to the Abbey, Roman Baths, the spa and Bath Rugby Ground. Most rooms at Roban House are en suite, and all are equipped with modern facilities. Free Wi-Fi can be accessed via your own wireless-enabled laptop or PDA. Roban House also offers in-house holistic treatments, such as Swedish and aromatherapy massages and reflexology. These normally need to be booked in advance.

The Helyar Arms - Set in the picturesque village of East Coker, this charming 15th century inn provides the ideal base from which to explore the Heritage South Coast, including Dorchester, Glastonbury and Bath. To reflect its rich heritage, the Helyar Arms aims to provide a rustic and relaxed atmosphere, with traditional entertainment in the form of a skittle alley, an inviting open log fire in the beamed bar and locally sourced home-cooked food, prepared to order. In the warmer months you can also enjoy a drink in the pleasant garden. The Helyar Arms also provides an adjoining bar, the Apple Loft, suitable for private parties. It can seat up to 40 people or 24 round one large table.

The Old Vicarage, Bridgwater - A small, historic, country cottage style property, situated in the town centre. Ideal for business; perfect for leisure. Modern conveniences in a historic setting. (AA four-star Guest Accommodation) With its beginnings dating back to the 14th century, the Old Vicarage must certainly have a few stories to tell. Today the property retains much of its original character and yet offers all of the modern conveniences you'd expect from a hotel in the 21st century. Our 14 guest bedrooms are all en-suite and have direct dial telephones with modem ports for the busy business traveller. The Old Vicarage is a non-smoking establishment. On-site parking is also available. In Bridgwater town there are a number of good restaurants, pubs and plenty of shopping. Although we operate on a mainly bed and breakfast basis.
