The Vines - Set in the picturesque village of Black Bourton, near Bampton, this charming rural retreat provides the ideal base from which to explore Oxford, Swindon, Witney or Brize Norton and the beautiful Cotswolds. The Vines Hotel and Restaurant, has long been acclaimed for its fine dining in elegant surroundings. It was famously designed by John Clegg of the BBC's Real Rooms team and provides traditional log fires alongside luxurious contemporary-style d?cor. Due to its success, the hotel now also features a detached wing in the gardens overlooking the lovely Black Bourton church. Independently owned and run by Andy and Karen Gerges, The Vines aims to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay, with packages personally tailored to your needs (subject to availability). They also offer space for functions of up to 100 people.

The Bat and Ball Inn - In a small, pretty village in the Oxfordshire countryside, just 8 miles (13 km) from Oxford city centre, this former coaching inn offers delicious food, real ales and a charming village atmosphere. The Bat & Ball Inn has a great bar, with an enormous collection of cricketing memorabilia. With pine tables and flagstone floors, the bar has a cosy and comfortable feel. You can enjoy an excellent selection of hand-pulled ales including LBW, Marston's Pedigree and a weekly changing guest ale. The restaurant has a great reputation for serving fantastic food, with seasonal menus offering good quality and value for money. The Bat & Ball has appeared in the Good Pub Guide and more recently received an entry in Michelin's Eating Out In Pubs Guide. Wi-Fi is available in the bar and restaurant. All of the rooms have now been sympathetically refurbished in a contemporary style. Each room is named after a famous cricketer and has starched linen bedding, a modern en suite bathroom, an LCD flat-screen TV with digital Freeview channels and solid oak furniture.

The Falcon BandB - The Falcon B&B is a 10-minute walk from Oxford city centre, and has views of the college boathouses. The warm and friendly B&B is within 2 late-Victorian town houses located opposite Queens College's playing fields. Each room is well furnished and has an en suite shower. Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Railway Inn - The welcoming Railway Inn provides good value bed and breakfast accommodation, with free Wi-Fi. Culham rail station is adjacent, offering excellent access to central London. All of the en suite rooms have a TV and comfortable beds. An inclusive full English breakfast is available. The stylish restaurant at the Railway Inn serves traditional English food in a cosy setting and the bar has real ales. The new hosts are friendly and efficient. This traditional pub and inn offers entertainment in the games room and an attractive garden. There is ample free parking.

White Hart Nettlebed - The White Hart is a stylishly refurbished 14th century Country inn, in the picturesque Oxfordshire village of Nettlebed, just outside the thriving Thames side town of Henley. The restaurant has a daily changing menu of Mediterranean and British cooking, including many traditional pub favourites. The ingredients are mostly local and seasonal. The White Hart has 12 individually designed en suite double rooms, 6 of which are in the main building and 6 in the converted stables alongside the inn. There is a cosy bar with a log fire and free Wi-Fi. Near the historic market towns of Wallingford and Abingdon, the White Hart is not far from Reading, Oxford, Ascot and Windsor. The restaurant and bar are not open on Sunday or Public Holiday evenings.

Kingfisher Barn Holiday Cottages - This bed and breakfast offers you your own front door key to one of 10 comfortable en suite rooms in a peaceful courtyard, within walking distance of Abingdon town centre. An excellent alternative to hotels in Abingdon, this bed and breakfast is on the outskirts, just 8 miles (13 km) from Oxford. All rooms include complimentary Wi-Fi internet access, Freeview TV, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. You can leave your car in the ample private car park and, on a sunny evening, enjoy the walk to the local pub on the banks of the River Thames.

Eurobar Cafe and Hotel - BandB - Set in Oxford's historic city centre, next to the bus station and 5-minutes' walk from the train station, this small hotel is ideally located close to University colleges, theatres and shops. A unique mix of traditional English and modern European styles, the caf?-bar is open from 09:00 - 23:00 Monday-Thursday; 09:00 - 24:00 Friday and Saturday; and 12:00 - 22:30 on Sunday for bar snacks, tea, coffee, traditional ales and lagers. The hotel offers guests the comfort of well-appointed stylish and spacious en suite or standard rooms (with a shared bathroom) in the heart of the historic university city of Oxford, within a stone's throw of all its attractions.
