Mariner's Inn - Situated in the heart of Bowness, this cosy and traditional Lakeland inn is just 200 yards from Lake Windermere, England's largest lake. All rooms are en-suite with flat-screen TVs and DVD players. There is also an extensive DVD library for guests to use. All rooms have hairdryers and alarm clock radios, and laptops can be used in all rooms and public areas as the inn is Wi-Fi enabled. Accessed in the nearby village of Bowness, here you can hire boats or take lake cruises.
