At the end of the large courtyard is an 80 seater restaurant which offers an extensive menu. Owner and chef Gary Salt can cater for any occasion. Booking is essential at weekends.

Ardwyn House - Ardwyn is a glorious Belle ?poque-style guest house built in the early 1900s. It has a creative atmosphere with plenty of arts and crafts. Art Nouveau touches from the roll top baths to the light fittings are found throughout the house. The period bedrooms have double-aspect views, stylish designs and good bathrooms. There is a library/snooker room with comfy chairs and many books. The Royal Welsh Show Ground is a 20-minute drive away, and Llanwrtyd Wells has plenty of opportunities for walking and mountain biking.

New Hall Guesthouse - This licensed B&B on the edge of Llanwrtyd Wells has light and airy rooms with large en suite bathrooms. New Hall Guesthouse is a converted church meeting hall. Breakfasts can be large and traditional, vegetarian, continental or a mix of all three. Ingredients are locally sourced and organic wherever possible. Evening meals are available by arrangement.
