Aleppo Merchant Inn - Situated in the heart of beautiful Mid-Wales between Newtown and Machynlleth. This 17th century Inn offers a warm welcome to travelers and locals alike. We have three bars and offer a wide selection of beers, lagers, and ciders as well as a varied range of quality home cooked meals to cater all tastes. All of our letting rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard with spacious en-suite shower rooms throughout.

Ardwyn House - Ardwyn is a glorious Belle ?poque-style guest house built in the early 1900s. It has a creative atmosphere with plenty of arts and crafts. Art Nouveau touches from the roll top baths to the light fittings are found throughout the house. The period bedrooms have double-aspect views, stylish designs and good bathrooms. There is a library/snooker room with comfy chairs and many books. The Royal Welsh Show Ground is a 20-minute drive away, and Llanwrtyd Wells has plenty of opportunities for walking and mountain biking.

New Hall Guesthouse - This licensed B&B on the edge of Llanwrtyd Wells has light and airy rooms with large en suite bathrooms. New Hall Guesthouse is a converted church meeting hall. Breakfasts can be large and traditional, vegetarian, continental or a mix of all three. Ingredients are locally sourced and organic wherever possible. Evening meals are available by arrangement. There is a ground-floor suite suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Black Mountain Lodge - This lovely, old stone building is at the foothills of the Black Mountains amid beautiful countryside and views of the Brecon Beacons. It has a restful feel and comfortable rooms. The oldest part of Black Mountain Lodge is believed to date back to the 17th century. It has ample free parking and a bar and restaurant open from 18:00 to 21:30 Friday to Monday. The Lodge is in the village of Glasbury, between Brecon and Hay-on-Wye, and is ideal for a peaceful country break. A wide of range of activities is available in the local area.

The Coach House - The Coach House offers 5-star boutique town-house accommodation in Brecon, within the Brecon Beacons National Park. Hosts Marc and Tony will provide a warm welcome to their luxurious, contemporary accommodation. They have plenty of local knowledge and can tell you the best places to visit, whether you plan to walk, cycle or ride. The Coach House's rooms are newly fitted, and have light oak furniture, a flat-screen TV, throws and soft furnishings. A free beverage tray comes with fresh milk.

The Forest Country House BandB - Hidden away in the beautiful, peaceful Vale of Kerry, this splendid Victorian country house offers luxurious 4-star bed and breakfast accommodation in 5 charming en suite double rooms. Built in around 1850, the guest house today offers high-quality accommodation for walkers, riders, cyclists, business people and holidaymakers. The peaceful, tranquil location makes the guest house a wonderful, relaxing base from which to explore the Newtown area and Mid-Wales. The guest house is set in 4.5 acres of garden and paddocks in the beautiful Kerry Valley. All of the rooms have fine views of the gardens and the valley. It is situated in the heart of Mid Wales, an area that is ideal for walking, cycling and driving amongst the beautiful scenery. The landlord of the inn is a keen walker and will be happy to give advice on possible routes.

The Horse and Jockey Inn - Originally a 14th century coaching inn, the Horse & Jockey offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, owned by the same family since 1989. Situated in Knighton town, close to the Offa's Dyke Centre, the inn offers a cosy lounge bar with log fire and a main bar with weekend entertainment. At the end of the large courtyard is an 80 seater restaurant which offers an extensive menu. Owner and chef Gary Salt can cater for any occasion. Booking is essential at weekends.

Ty Morgan's Guest House - This thoroughly modern 3-storey guest house offers contemporary accommodation in the heart of the historic market town of Rhayader. Totally renovated in the summer of 2006, a selection of 4 guest rooms is available for a convenient and private stay. Individually styled by an interior designer, each room offers a variety of modern facilities. The guest house itself over looks the town centre and is part of a complex that includes The Strand Bistro, Morgan's Restaurant and The Strand Coffee and Sandwich shop.
